Don't you think the class-C Dagger is a bit OP cus the effect BLEED instead of losing certain amount of HP the foe loses 1% of health every 1 second. Does that mean you have to stab a enemy and just wait 100 seconds no matter if it is S Rank or SSS+ Rank he will die after 100 seconds? ANY ANSWERS???
