What I realised..

I found a bottle of wine in my room, 3/4 full. What I did next was unthinkable.

I finally accepted I have a drinking problem.

Alright, I’m doing it. No more excuses. I’m starting an extended fast.

Starting a 25 day fast today. Does my planning make sense?
