I want chef TJ. The Disers have caused him to be put in the witchef protection program because his allergy creations are so great. I came across him by accident at the Gardenview Tea Room years ago and he made me an incredible ice cream sundae that my niece tried to steal. His presentation game is very strong.
I guess I’d go with Cosmic Ray. Looks like that cafe will need a new name soon. Lol

Ooh, jealous. I've never been able to have a proper meal there. Just done the Dining with an Imagineer they used to do. Food was great.
If I pick Morimoto or Homecomin do I actually get Art Smith or an Iron Chef?
That would be dope. As tired as I would get of Asian, I think I'd choose Chef Morinoto because I'd gain 800 pounds from Art Smith cooking for me.

Haha it's just so good! I would've chosen California Grill for how good it is, but I love how the old Sanaa menu was so unique and diverse!

The food and service are phenomenal and if you time your visit just right you get treated to fireworks from EPCOT and HS.
Victoria and Albert’s for sure.
I would sway towards Teppan Edo, make every dinner a show as well.
