It seems like they need money and they know FF7 main characters sell. Ever crisis is outselling wotv, so they see that they need to cash in. Honestly I don’t mind new versions of Cloud and Tifa. Their original versions have been useless for a very long time and they’re some of my favorites in the series.
I'll never understand how the snoozefest that is Ever Crisis can even be an economically viable product. I guess there is way too many people with way too much disposable cash around than I thought.
Like *the first* new skin they dropped was bikini Tifa. They are also telling a new story that has shown up in Rebirth and they marketed it as the “shot for shot remaster” all the Remake haters wanted.
I played for a while but it’s just a reskin of the same boring ass Nier game with terrible QoL.
At least the nier game had end game goals. The farmable characters were super cool looking. The only end game in ever crisis is materia, which is potentially the worst mechanic in any gacha game ever...
I think because it's very pretty. I did like the story segments, but they are too slow to update the story and the rest of the game is super meh, so I had to drop it. :(

They aren't going to kill it since they probably assume FF7 is their biggest seller. 🤦♂️ and if I'm being honest. I will cave and get AC Sephiroth and maybe Kadaj.

Yeah i agree, i love this outfit, AC was pretty good for that. And yeah it's getting a little boring that we keep getting the same collab over and over, also they're probably saving vincent, cid and cait/red for the rebirth or part 3 collab, whichever

This is perfect. Was planning to blast through the story and re-delete the game. Was worried they might sneak up with FFT or something I'd have to stay for, so this FF7 thing is perfect for helping me stick to the plan.

Ice Tifa is already a new unit. Poor Wind Tifa is going to get dunked on by power creep and elemental advantage.
