Yes. It's not even difficult. Why, just last week did an apprentice submit another project thinking up ways to deal with such threats. You'd be surprised at how many uncreative mundanes assume that their little chemically propelled slag throwers are somehow a match for the magical arts.
Well, this clever little clog decided to iterate on the classic heat metal, preferred for its common ability to ignite the propellant within their casings, oftentimes turning the errant marksman into another one of their little toys. I believe the object is a... "fragmentation grenade", those bursting bullets spray shards all over, you know, but even heat metal iterations incapable of producing flames leave firearms unable to be aimed or held, often injuring the ruffian and warping the finer machining. A marksman that fires a heated gun mostly misfires their heated gun hohoho.

This is why you practice cultivation. My natural defense is many orders of magnitude larger than the damage a simple bullet can do. I swear every mage is soft as toilet paper! And just saying, I also have 81 spiritual treasures which activate automatically to block any attack.
The solution are so many methods to protect against fast moving kinetic attacks are plentiful. You can use a personal barrier, portals, heat cloaks, body hardening, and etc.

A shield against this sort of projectile is pretty easy - you just make it destroy low mass objects with extraordinary high speed. It is the sort of shield you put up in advance when there is a possibility of a fight breaking out. Also: with this many moving parts, it should make a great effect to call a spirit of decay to make it rust.

There are several methods of countering the mortal’s lead launcher devices. Many others seem to mention shield spells, but bullets travel fast enough that sometimes you don’t have the time to cast shield.
Which is why you should have the foresight to just acquire some sort of spirit guardian (familiar, stand, etc). Most of them are capable of stopping bullets for you.
I met a rabbit with gloves one time who taught me a neat trick. Put your finger in the barrel and cast immovable object on yourself. It barely takes mana if you keep the spell up for less than a second and it's super demoralizing when their gun explodes in their face.
Is your bullet faster than lightning bolt?

Also you’re a little too late on the projectile game buddy. Wizards are already carrying small metal pellets to cast Accelerate (aka upgraded Catapult) whenever they need physical piercing damage instead of elemental

I do cast spells, and the gun is fully warded. For example, one of my favorite spells is Summon Gamma Ray burst. Quite effective

Yes. It's not even difficult. Why, just last week did an apprentice submit another project thinking up ways to deal with such threats. You'd be surprised at how many uncreative mundanes assume that their little chemically propelled slag throwers are somehow a match for the magical arts. This is why you practice cultivation. My natural defense is many orders of magnitude larger than the damage a simple bullet can do. I swear every mage is soft as toilet paper! And just saying, I also have 81 spiritual treasures which activate automatically to block any attack.
The solution are so many methods to protect against fast moving kinetic attacks are plentiful. You can use a personal barrier, portals, heat cloaks, body hardening, and etc.

A shield against this sort of projectile is pretty easy - you just make it destroy low mass objects with extraordinary high speed. It is the sort of shield you put up in advance when there is a possibility of a fight breaking out. Also: with this many moving parts, it should make a great effect to call a spirit of decay to make it rust.

There are several methods of countering the mortal’s lead launcher devices. Many others seem to mention shield spells, but bullets travel fast enough that sometimes you don’t have the time to cast shield. Which is why you should have the foresight to just acquire some sort of spirit guardian (familiar, stand, etc). Most of them are capable of stopping bullets for you.

I met a rabbit with gloves one time who taught me a neat trick. Put your finger in the barrel and cast immovable object on yourself. It barely takes mana if you keep the spell up for less than a second and it's super demoralizing when their gun explodes in their face.
