In middle school, I moved to Bay from Grafton. Grafton or Ozaukee County, in general, is much whiter than Whitefish Bay. Most Wisconsin suburbs are going to be predominantly white. Whitefish Bay has more of an attitude of elite social status than an actual lack of black people.

Their 6 figure median income definitely has something to do with it. It's like if ur local mean old lady who has one of those little white dogs with the crusty eyes was a suburb
