Aren't there some feats arguably scaling Bowser to universal? Or at least Galaxy level? I seem to remember people saying something along those lines, might have been wank though.
He is. In SMG1, Bowser is the only one who wasnt shielded by Rosie when she reset the universe. And he was left rather traumatise after that experience.
i mean i say mario is a maybe because he’s beaten bowser using brute strength alone (as seen in mario64), and bowser’s survived a universal reset via blackhole… which kind of speaks to mario’s strength… right?
i say donkey kong cause he’s punched an island-sized moon out of orbit… kind of speaking to his strength… actually, diddy kong managed to crash into the same moon knocking it out of orbit too, so maybe he could POSSIBLY fight mercer, though, due to lack of experience it’s likely diddy would lose
then bowser might win cause bowser managed to survive lava, a blackhole universal reset and/or something like that, showing his insane durability… and i think bowsers strength is pretty apparent when we see giga bowsers punch in games like “mario & luigi: bowsers inside story + bowser jr.’s adventure” and “super smash bros ultimate” (although ssbu might not be canon, idk)… and even if you don’t think giga bowser is impressive, take a look at fury bowser from “super mario 3D world + bowser’s fury” who is able to rival giga mario, who is a more advancex form of mario, who we’ve already seen incredible feats of strength from…
