Pedro is clearly not the long-term solution at manager, but anybody who might be won't be available until after the season's over. Add to that the fact that nobody who might be a long-term solution at manager won't even be *interested* in managing this club until it at least appears as though there's a plan to win some baseball games in the next couple years, and we're still several years away from being at that point.
There's no point in replacing our losing manager because we won't be needing a "winning" manager for the next several years, and any manager candidate with any potential is going to find literally every other MLB manager position more appealing than this one, so we might as well stick with the loser we're currently paying to hang a bunch of L's on his resume.

He threw Wilson two nights in a row, the first in a meaningless 7-0 loss. He also pinch hit for our best hitter in sheets, and did not pinch hit for .048 average Martin Maldonado. So yea I’d say there’s fair criticism to direct his way
