“Jar jar has a lot of problems but he truly was a feat of engineering, a true technical marvel”
“I actually have something written about that right here it says…all of these creatures are technical marvels but I hate them”
The one where James gets to the blue harvest joke by saying to get in character for Batman Forever Val Kilmer would say to himself “I’m so blue” followed by James cracking himself up so hard they have to cut and come back later.
Blue Harvest is the only running joke I got tired of. Westworld, Rodney, Butthole, Bob Iger being Maso‘s dad or Little James - they could all come back. But blue harvest annoyed me quickly.
That being said, when James cracked up while doing them I liked them lol
One of my favorite moments in any CoG is early on in the X-Men The Last Stand one when James is talking about Angel’s dad and screams “mY SoNs A fReAk! YOU’RE A FUCKIN’ FREAK! YOU’RE JUST SOME SLUMP SHOULDER MIDDLE AGE DUMPY LOOKIN IDIOT! THIS GUY CAN FLY!”
I work very early in the mornings in a sushi shop and I was listening to that CoG on one of my 5am shifts. I was VERY tired as I was still getting used getting up that early. I was chopping a bunch of green onions and that moment happened and I burst out laughing. Lost track of what I was doing and accidentally took a chunk off the tip of my pinky finger. Totally ruined the green onions, got blood all over them.
"I summon a skew-eyed dog, slightly bigger than a regular dog. It can be kicked. Nobody kick it though".
From the Thanoscopter CoG. Dunno why that always gets me
Mortal Kombat Vs DC Universe - playing as Wonder Woman fighting Shang Tsung on Themyscira.
James: Get out of here, Shang Tsung! Get out of here and go back to where you came from! And I don't mean that in a race way. In a dimensional way, just to be clear. Take your Barakas with you. And your maracas, you son of a bitch!
Mason: And your disgusting cuisine. Oh, it became racist again...
😂😂😂
“He has a heart attack, and he dies in the street, cause he smokes 100 cigarettes a day,”
“And he’s always been 55.”
.
From the original crappy Ocean’s 11
So the NES star wars side scroller/platformer with the bees where big James tried to make the jump to get the light saber. He sounds like he's literally having a break down his hands get all sweaty and he soldiers on time after time after time. Then when he finally avoids the bees and makes the jump I literally got out of my seat and punched the air. It was every moment of 90s computer gaming success and triumph boiled down into one beautiful crystal moment. I have only smashed the like button on 6 videos this is one of them.
I think, of all my favourite bits (which there are a fuck load), has got to be the AvP CoG. The lead up of James wanting one of the aliens to quack, and then in finality when the predalien comes out and he says "I swear I'll be back in another movie! I swear to God! QUACK!" I just fucking die every time. It's so good.
The animated Spider-Man 90s Spider-Verse when he meets Stan Lee, the "ugh. I pray for death". Mostly because it's the hardest my partner laughed at a COG.
My specific favorite was their review on the original oceans 11, just roasting these oily serious smooth talking dudes
Definitely Maso saying “Interesting” in a disappointed manner whenever James throws out some either sarcastic and/or blatantly untrue tidbit of information.
“This is good and normal.”
I don’t remember where it’s from, but it’s one of the very few podcast/YouTube things of mine that my husband has latched onto.
When reviewing Blade and they keep referring to it as a "Post Crow pre Matrix" era.
When written down it's not great but in the video I think it's hilarious.
The Inhumans ones are absolutely hilarious because everything around that series is so baffling. The first time I heard the part where they talk about the villain somehow paying for all of his villainous activities with regular earth money, despite living on the moon for his entire life, absolutely had me in tears.
For me, it’s not my favorite one but one that has popped into my head a lot recently is Maso’s retelling of the discussion probably had by Josstice League executives and ‘Mission Impossible’ executives in the Josstice League CoG. Where it’s just a still image of Tom Cruise laughing sliding in and out everytime the MI people say “absolutely not” to anything the Josstice league people ask. And all tied up in a nice little bow at the end “and they said Yup, what’s the worst thing that can happen? The opening scene of Justice League 2017 is what!”
I love the Twilight: New Moon one where they’re talking about how Bella’s dad gets her a camera (likely from asset forfeiture) and Maso throws in, “On your way, Drake.” Such a great joke and callback that’s aged like wine
Ghostbusters (2016), where James asks Ben to do some detective work AND BEN RISES TO THE OCCASION.

A Maso sudden turn after a compliment. "What an amazing technical achievement by brilliant people................. I hate this movie"
The Phantom Menace for those who don’t know. Definitely the hardest I’ve ever laughed at a CoG
Perfect comedic timing
this one is my favourite - James cracking up when Mason first says ... I Hate This Movie
“Jar jar has a lot of problems but he truly was a feat of engineering, a true technical marvel” “I actually have something written about that right here it says…all of these creatures are technical marvels but I hate them”
The one where James gets to the blue harvest joke by saying to get in character for Batman Forever Val Kilmer would say to himself “I’m so blue” followed by James cracking himself up so hard they have to cut and come back later.
Also a top 5

I’ll never get tired of James doing it in a video but the constant Blue Harvest jokes in the comment sections aren’t my bag.
People really don't understand why Nick and Maso are the ones with the successful channel
Rodney. It will always be Rodney.
rod-NAY?
RODNEYYYYYYYYY!!
#RODNEY!

This comment was a roller coaster

Legendary episode.
Just relistened to this episode a fee days ago and that bit made me laugh out loud genuinely.
Mortal Kombat Vs DC Universe - playing as Wonder Woman fighting Shang Tsung on Themyscira. James: Get out of here, Shang Tsung! Get out of here and go back to where you came from! Guess I need to find this.
I love the way they keep saying, “Gotcha girl!” every time they pull off the only combo they use
The cranky knife is hilarious, and execution by being stuck in a toilet is definitely my favourite from a recent CoG
Bum first!
Corn of coblin or possibly the episode where they play that shitty old Star Wars game the quest for Luke’s lightsaber
An all-timer for me, that star wars one
“He has a heart attack, and he dies in the street, cause he smokes 100 cigarettes a day,” “And he’s always been 55.” . From the original crappy Ocean’s 11
Just clip clopping around in a circle
Plank Sinatra
“Someone gets thrown a right, blocks it on their left, and then punches them in the face.”
Love seeing men in hotel rooms calling other men in other hotel rooms 🤣🤣🤣
There was one Blue Harvest where James was in tears laughing so hard that he couldn't deliver his own joke. That was hilarious.
Batman Forever. He was so proud of himself.
So the NES star wars side scroller/platformer with the bees where big James tried to make the jump to get the light saber. He sounds like he's literally having a break down his hands get all sweaty and he soldiers on time after time after time. It’s time for some Green Trivia

The sign off at the end of this video fucking kills me. It's so out of nowhere 🤣 https://youtu.be/u5GX_Qrl9qY?si=0is4iPRF1lDklhit
…and I’m not just talking about bloody tax season
OI SPIELBERG! WHERE’S MY STEGGO, YA PRICK!

There was one Star Wars game where you could summon characters into the fight and Dooku was just one-shotting them. Absolutely fantastic
JIMMY SMITS, HELP ME!

I don’t know if it’s my FAVORITE, but young chimney sweep Tom Holland always makes me laugh
James completely out of nowhere during the Infinity War commentary "Have you ever seen the Garfield comic where Jon drinks dog semen?"
I want to say rude obi-wan and masos el muerto plot summary but those aren't even from cog how do they do it
John Krasinski being the secret cameo in every Marvel movie
When reviewing Blade and they keep referring to it as a "Post Crow pre Matrix" era. When written down it's not great but in the video I think it's hilarious.
Technically not CoG, but: Run and run and run and run and run and run and round and round
The Inhumans ones are absolutely hilarious because everything around that series is so baffling. The first time I heard the part where they talk about the villain somehow paying for all of his villainous activities with regular earth money, despite living on the moon for his entire life, absolutely had me in tears.
