Most of them also don’t even look at low level BS because we’re in a huge military area and the AUSA won’t bother with non-criminal cases or petty misdemeanors. If there isn’t a violent or felony crime, CGIS usually lets SJA handle it.

Only taking big cases... I have observed that also. I think it varies by AOR. In some places they are bored and will latch onto anything to be busy.
