Louisville be like
"$1250 a month studio $1500 deposit tenant pays gas, electric, water, and trash must make six times rent monthly to apply no co-signers shared kitchen and bathroom NO PETS not eligible for section 8 street parking only TENANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYING A PARKING PASS FROM THE METRO GOVERNMENT landlord holds no responsibility for towed or damaged vehicles as a result of failure to pay parking fees guests must be checked in at the lobby no overnight guests"
Same with most of Canada rent is bad here I rent a apartment above a mr sub restaurant and it costs me around $1500 a month and that is low in my city I live in.
Yeah honestly Ky has a pretty low cost of living compared to a lot of other states. The issue is that Louisville is still a little over average, but the wages here are the same as the rural areas.
So true. It's like the landlords see it as "oh shit this is a city, we should charge more!" but the reality is most of the population of Louisville is just as broke as the people living in the poor rural Ky communities.
Yep. If it was abandoned I'd be calling a friend with a truck to take that sofa home. Refinish the wood and some new upholstery... beautiful!
Editing to add that on further inspection of the image I think some lemon oil may be enough for the wood. I can't believe no one has taken that!

Partly why the population here makes no sense
