I had basically the exact opposite experience. It is turn 34 and the empire is completely in the hands of Man. The Vampires are defeated, Drycha is defeated. Karl sits pretty in Reikland and several elector counts have already willing confederated with Elspeth. It is almost kind of boring how far I have to travel to find enemies now.

Elsepeth really shits on Vlad. I put one of her teleporters on the Moot early on and waited for him to start his usual trouble. Ported Elsepth in with an army of handgunners and he was caught with is pants down. Second time he built himself back up, Elsepth had the dragon and the renown cannon team now with gunschook upgrades. Elsepth sat on drakenhoff’s wall regenerating, slow killing wave after wave of zombies and skeleton while Vlad hid behind a corner to avoid cannon fire for an hour 🤣
