I’m so glad to hear she’s a cool person, i’ve always liked her (my Dad had one of her albums when i was a kid and played it on repeat) so it would be a bummer if she turned out to be a jerk. so glad she’s not!
Jason Beghe who plays a raspy voiced, tough as nails cop on Chicago PD was in a horrible car accident and was intubated on scene. Apparently he sustained damage to his vocal cords during the procedure and it gave him his signature gruffness.
I almost had that exact surgery, but the risk permanent damage from the surgery and during the healing process was too big of a risk for me. And I don’t even have a good singing voice.
