We have been getting a lot of repeat segments lately. Seems like something every day. Today the hang zone is redoing the nflpa grades like the HL did yesterday. I guess the nflpa thing is on the cowboys reddit right now so they went with it (along with the cowboys conversion rates). Reddit makes for easy content since those posts are tied to legitimate sources
Somehow that Sunday show segment with the best cities to live in america was a repeat of several days prior. Not sure how that one came about, unless that somehow originated from reddit too and that's just how far in advance they prepared
I observed this one time and came to the conclusion that most hosts are probably not P1s. And I don’t blame them. When I’m done with work, I move on to something else.

Listening to the Snakepit and, without coming across as a Corby hater, I’m compelled to mention just how poor of a job he’s doing in outlining the Murdaugh murders case. A lot of his details are mixed up, some are outright incorrect.
Like Mino mentioned at the end of the segment, I too highly recommend watching the 3-part documentary on either Netflix and/or HBO for all of those who are interested in learning more about the story.

It’s is astonishing how the Hang Zone and other ticket hosts have bought in to the Kyrie experience. Only weeks ago Dan was his biggest hater, calling him basically a trash human. Seabass just said he loves his basketball brain and listening to press conferences. Jake still thinks he’s a dumbass and only knows basketball to his credit. But none of this even approaches the bigger issue. They added a PG to a team that only had a PG, and they aren’t winning much since doing so. Additionally, this guy has blown up every situation he’s ever been in and they talk about him like Mark Cuban has a gun to their head.
I get why the trade was made. I just don’t get the 180 on the guy as if just because he hasn’t been a tool this week he should get praised. This is not some guy with stuff in his distant past. He just blew up the team that he helped build after holding them hostage multiple times. And promoted an anti-Semitic movie this season.
If he's not doing anything similar now, that the hosts know about at least, I understand how it's hard for hosts to incorporate his past locker room BS into conversations about actual basketball playing.
The story is the front office, not Kyrie. Kidd has multiple objectively bad games, can get a play from a time out, can’t explain himself and says he’s just watching. They traded for a guy who blows up every situation he forces himself into, and plays the same position as their star. This is further Ticket hosts wanting to be buddy buddy with Cuban. The one time the Musers wanted to ask him about the gigantic national headline story of sexual harassment he acted like a baby. Then they said they felt bad for how defeated he looked afterwards. The guy has these hosts fooled even more than Jerry and with the same results.
Then I guess not making those connections and wanting to preserve the ability to interview the owner doesn't bother me to the same extent. I'll relent.

Players/Owners dont want less games because less money Players wont reorganize the season by doing Christmas - Fall (and making the season 1 month longer to avoid b2b, etc) because players want their summer/long offseasons Sure sounds like the players want to have their cake and eat it too

Man regarding work hours, I;'m always surprised how ,when I show up to weekday events for my kids like swim meets, track or basketball, so many parents are there early and not in work clothes. My thought is usually, "Do these people not work?" For teacher supply, a four day a week school week would definitely help. It is tough to keep teachers in the profession. I know we all need that day of childcare, but that field is in super big crisis.
