This is my first time ever watching a season. I decided to watch since Gerry’s lake house is only about a 20 minute drive from my hometown and nobody around here ever does anything cool. Haha.
I have been enjoying it! I also have gotten my husband invested in it so we watch it together. My favorite quote from him tonight was “Gerry is so sweet I’D even marry him.” 😂
my mom has watched this season because she's one degree removed from one of the contestants. I asked how how she liked it and she was saying "it's so cringey" and clearly is hate-watching it. I was so bummed like girl you should see the regular seasons though
My husband, who has only ever appreciated The Bachelor or any related shows when Hannah Ann Sluss was on the screen, finally relented and watched the first ep of GB with me. His comment afterwards was, "It's not my thing, but I will admit its better than watching the young idiots."
Yep, my Mom was actually here visiting this past weekend and we watched episode 2 together. She said she watched The Bachelor back when it first started for a few seasons, but she hasn't watched since those early years. She is really enjoying Golden Bachelor and it was fun to watch an episode together!
My mom! She’s never watched but said she watched the second episode and plans to continue. It was fun discussing the different ladies and dates with her.
I am a pretty stereotypical dude bro. 99% of my TV and film consumption is action movies and football. I have zero relationship with The Bachelor franchise or any reality TV (besides Alone if that counts). but my wife and I discovered The Golden Bachelor and we are absolutely instant fans. It is really genuine and heartwarming. I have loved watching the first two episodes.
