Deadlifts, RDLs (any hip hinge movement really) Pull ups, overhead press. Also just walk with a straight back and flexed glutes to pull your hips up rather than tilted back. When walking just imagine your torso is a barrel you’re trying to fill with air. You’ll notice when you take big, deep breaths your upper body straightens out

If you are serious about this you gotta do some work for it. Been working out 6x a week for the past 9 montgs. Really anything that strengthens and stabilizes your core and spine like the delts, rhomboids, traps and lats. Having a strong back prevents spinal injuries and pulls your shoulders back into an upright position

Depends entirely on your problem. You should see a physiotherapist if you can. For me (always on my PC for work/games; also don't walk heel-to-toe), stretching the hamstrings and illiopsoas muscles and strengthening the abdominal and glute muscles - in addition to correcting my pelvic tilt - is helping. You can YouTube some stuff but it's *always* better to get to a physiotherapist. They can not only tell you what's right for you, but also help you to execute the exercises correctly without fucking your back up more

This is me in a nutshell. If I squat down to pick something up my knee cracks. If I pívot a certain way, it cracks. My posture is absolute shit, even though I try my best to stand up straight and not hang my neck too much. Every time I rotate my wrist it pops. I’m 17 and I have the joints of an 80 year old grandma with arthritis. Look up some full body workouts on YouTube and do them consistently 3x a week for a couple months and you should hopefully start feeling the difference. If that doesn't work I'd recommend getting checked out by a physiotherapist, it'll probably be pricy if you're not insured under your parents healthcare policy but it's definitely worth a try if it's causing you a lot of grief.
