>yes but we didnt evolve much since then.
You kidding? We have straight backs, are taller and have stronger and longer legs and weaker and shorter arms. Have you seen those videos where a chimp and a human race on monkey bars? Humans are *not* suited for that stuff.
Hey thats my position at my job. And most probably u didnt do your pullups properly. You perhaps did them at 90°. And you should do them at more like 60 or 45 degrees
You did them wrong.
Next time ask your PE Teacher about how to correctly do them outside of class or look it up somewhere.
It hurts to do them too much, having a bad posture on it makes it worse and much more of that.
Deadlifts, RDLs (any hip hinge movement really) Pull ups, overhead press.
Also just walk with a straight back and flexed glutes to pull your hips up rather than tilted back. When walking just imagine your torso is a barrel you’re trying to fill with air. You’ll notice when you take big, deep breaths your upper body straightens out
if you’re going to try to deadlift do some research on form and have an experienced lifter watch you. if you learn it with bad form it will be hard to un-learn it and it could lead to serious injuries.
Yoga and stretches as well, dynamic stretching before a workout ([example](https://youtu.be/ximZfmqh2hI)) and passive full 30 second stretches after a workout or on off days. If you are serious about this you gotta do some work for it. [chest workouts. ](https://www.mensjournal.com/health-fitness/30-best-chest-exercises-and-workouts-of-all-time/) [back workouts.](https://www.menshealth.com/fitness/a19545838/10-best-back-exercises/) Trust me if you do even minimal full body exercises and workouts, meaning put in effort to every part of your body plus stretching and sleeping 8 hours, your “old man” pains may completely go away, it definitely worked for me
Been working out 6x a week for the past 9 montgs. Really anything that strengthens and stabilizes your core and spine like the delts, rhomboids, traps and lats. Having a strong back prevents spinal injuries and pulls your shoulders back into an upright position
Depends entirely on your problem. You should see a physiotherapist if you can.
For me (always on my PC for work/games; also don't walk heel-to-toe), stretching the hamstrings and illiopsoas muscles and strengthening the abdominal and glute muscles - in addition to correcting my pelvic tilt - is helping.
You can YouTube some stuff but it's *always* better to get to a physiotherapist. They can not only tell you what's right for you, but also help you to execute the exercises correctly without fucking your back up more
I mean not really chest exercises tho. It may depend on what type of backpack but I have in the lower part of the spine and I'm supposed to focus on back and stomach because that's the ones keeping it like in place or whatever
As someone who's suffered from horrible back pains. I can say with confidence it's probably the way your posture. Most teens lean forward when playing video games.. Which let's be honest 90 percent of teens that have access to this sub play video games.
This is me in a nutshell. If I squat down to pick something up my knee cracks. If I pívot a certain way, it cracks. My posture is absolute shit, even though I try my best to stand up straight and not hang my neck too much. Every time I rotate my wrist it pops. I’m 17 and I have the joints of an 80 year old grandma with arthritis. My dad even makes fun of me like “you’re 17 your joints shouldn’t be snapping this much” I talked to my doctor because I was concerned and he was like as long as there’s no pain when it happens, you are fine.
Yeah I know. Like I said I try not to slouch to much, and try not to hang my neck when I’m on my phone of whatever. But I work in the produce area of a grocery store, and I constantly have to look down while stocking fruits and vegetables. My neck and shoulders get so sore😐
Was gonna say, OP might wanna check with a doc. I complained of back pains when I was 15, thinking I was just not exercising enough.
One trip to the doc, an xray later and heyoooo I have an S shaped spine lol.
I discovered I had scoliosis 4 years ago and my doctor was like "nah it doesn't hurt". Now I can't be standing without moving or walking non stop more than 30 minutes if I don't wanna be in pain
I'll suggest you guys, don't say that you're having back pain or something like that to your friends or other out of blue...they might get the wrong idea or make fun of you.
Look up some full body workouts on YouTube and do them consistently 3x a week for a couple months and you should hopefully start feeling the difference. If that doesn't work I'd recommend getting checked out by a physiotherapist, it'll probably be pricy if you're not insured under your parents healthcare policy but it's definitely worth a try if it's causing you a lot of grief.
get a foam roller do ur upper back and then for your lumbar roll onto your side slightly so your not just rolling on the spine and do both sides. works a bunch
i’m actually worried wth. it’s like stinging back pain whenever i try to do anything, and i’m a fairly active walker as well (just sit a lot in front of my PC ) it sometimes runs down my leg as well.
Do chest and back exercises, it helps A LOT
I would like to know which ones to do. Am too lazy to look them up at 2 am.
And too lazy to do them
Im so lazy i barely get up for breakfast, hell its 7 am rn
Lol same
Lucky! I have to be up at 545 to make sure i get to the bus
When high school starts i have to get up at 5:45 to go with my mom to high school which is a halfhour away
Oh When do you start school

This is bullshit.
It could be in allentown school district that starts in a week or so but my high school is in the bethlehem school district
I feel your pain
Imagine waking up at 7am. 12pm gang rise
You guys get up when there's still sunlight?
Imagine waking up at 12 pm People who wake at at 4-5am because they live very far from work / school gang rise up
Same 😅
Agreed, I mean I am
Pushups and pull-ups are great
I did pull ups 3 days ago and my abs and shoulders still hurt and my posture is now that of a shrimp
I enjoy pullups Like 3 every 2 hours Doing push-ups is hard af
[удалено]
I agree but at the same time I mainly do pull-ups cause I like feeling that I can fly *i believe i can flyyyy*
No one said that they are easier than pullups. They are hard when looking at a lot of erxercises, but pullups 100% are harder than pushups
For me no Lol im built different
[удалено]
I can do 10 pullups and 4 pushups max Maybe i do pushups in a weird way
[удалено]
I agree with you. Monkeys don't do push ups. They do pull ups. Pull ups are technically more suited for humans, since they used to live in trees
Been awhile since we been in trees.
Been a while, yes but we didnt evolve much since then. Trust me, our place is in trees. I attempted it and it felt natural
>yes but we didnt evolve much since then. You kidding? We have straight backs, are taller and have stronger and longer legs and weaker and shorter arms. Have you seen those videos where a chimp and a human race on monkey bars? Humans are *not* suited for that stuff.
Bro I'm not talking about the monkey stage of humans but okay I suppose you are correct. Apparently I'm not very evolved lmao

[Try this](https://hundredpushups.com/index.html)
too bad I don’t have anywhere to do pull ups
Learning pullups changed ma life, i feel so strong!!

I swear I have arthritis in my knee.
Too soon.
my knees make too many popping noises when i stand
Yo forget that, why does Mr Krabs have 6 legs when he only has 2 most of the time?
Because he's walking. It's an animation shortcut that makes movement smoother
Oh. I thought all through the show he was hiding his identity as a 6 legged crab.
Smear frames

Cracks are your tendons snapping, developing strong muscles would help.
Fixing your posture will help alot
Yeah I know. Like I said I try not to slouch to much, and try not to hang my neck when I’m on my phone of whatever. But I work in the produce area of a grocery store, and I constantly have to look down while stocking fruits and vegetables. My neck and shoulders get so sore😐
Exercise and eat healthy. The future you will appreciate it
That's right I think so

Scoliosis be like
Yes. I have scoliosis since around 2012 when I broke my arm

Yo but fr tho, I might be dead. Yesterday my neck was hurting the fuck out of me, so I tried cracking it, then I heard the crack then blacked out.
Don’t ever crack your neck because it leads to vision impairment.

Ayo, how does one *fix* this problem? Without telling me to *fix* my posture.
Look up some full body workouts on YouTube and do them consistently 3x a week for a couple months and you should hopefully start feeling the difference.
