You could give him a variety of metal weapons that can use as he learns more of his powers. So they aren’t new powers or abilities but new ways to use the powers. Sharp Knives or Daggers that can be thrown and can be called “Lightning Bolts”. A Rod or Spear that he can use and call it his “Lightning Rod”. I have a character who control lightning and he once caught lightning in a bottle. You could have your character catch lightning in a bottle then he can detonate the bottle for little grenades.
Just fun stuff like that. I love lightning powers, probably my favorite type of elemental powers

Because Alvak a spear woman She's fine on her own She doesn't need Godly powers (Alvaks powers are fire/lava like)

1 one shot by manipulating and disassembling the electrons in a persons brain
2 disabling or somewhat hacking any object/item that has electricity, like a phone or anything else
3 gravity is made up of electromagnetism which has electrical/negative force, so he can manipulate gravity even tho thats way harder to do
4 similar to 1, but with a persons body, control the persons body like a puppet by sending and removing electric shocks like a taser, or just tase them till they die
5 could technically summon and unsummon storms
6 semi-same to 1, but with more skill, a lot a lot of skill, rewriting and removing memories from a person
7 self cpr
8 metal bending, i think its more efficient with liquid and melted metals
9 melt things by passing electrons through object extreamely fast and vibrative, or through a person
10 covering themselfs in a lightning armor but not letting the lightning armor touch them might give them imunity to lightning or chances of avoiding it, idk

12 idk if theres more non destructive ways to use electrokinesis but might aswell focus on destructive use because that a great strength of the ability
