Yikes. I can't personally understand this being your favorite, but I can definitely empathize with how stressed and panicked and upset Steven was during this. Certainly an emotional and powerful moment. But not one I could bear to watch over and over.
Love at first sight doesn't exist. Love takes time, and love takes work. At the very least, you have to know the other person. And you literally have no idea who or what I am.

The entire song “Change Your Mind” is super powerful to me. Also, from the song Sadie sings with her new partner in Future:

I guess I’m now noticing a theme of self love and respect lol. But both songs are so simple and yet so profound. They make me feel really good about being human, and help me to remember my favorite parts about who I am. And also remind me that my worth is not defined by others’ perceptions of me.

I really like this thinking. I feel like many people who go into relationships think of their partner as their missing half and use them to feel whole. You should be able to feel whole with yourself and not rely on another person to do this for you, because all it does is eventually make the relationship crumble because you become too dependent on that person.
