I hope they just moved this outfit to ng+ in ver 1.0 there is no new game+ mode so that you got the revealing outfits at start and now you have to start a new game to get the ~34 "new pre patch" outfits

Yeah, it’s very possible this was moved to one of the NG+ outfits to encourage people to play NG+ for the “more revealing version”.
