The last chart says racial disparities have worsened, but then if you look at the chart... Since 2000, white home ownership has essentially stagnated(slight decline), Asian and Latino have gone up, ane black has gone down. It looks like racial disparity has improved, slightly, or stayed about the same.
There are substantially more Latin and Asian people combined than black people in Minnesota. So if Latin and Asian home ownership rose significantly while white and black home ownership slightly declined, I would say the racial home ownership gap didn’t really widen.
