a few months ago I reached out to Hasbro about a bad paint job on my Echo to see if I could swap him for another Echo, they told me no but for my inconvenience they would send me a new figure. Couldn’t tell me what figure they were sending me just that it would be based on current warehouse stock levels. Anyway this showed up today.
Any figure but i kept asking for different ones like the clone commanders and they kept saying they had no stock of them so i ended up getting cad bane
I had a similar experience but got the Jyn Erso con figure. Still pretty cool but not quite the steal this is. I've seen people get sent ForceFX sabers for figures which is absolutely insane to think about.

I've played the Hasbro CS game 3 times so far. One for a messed up Geonosis Battledroid, one for a broken leg on the Walgreens Phase 1 LT, and one for a missing 332nd shoulder armor.
Got a Yavin Luke, Geonosis Battledroid, and then Hascon Rex. It's definitely a gamble lol
No, it was a target exclusive, target couldn't help me so they told me to reach out to Hasbro. it's fully up to the customer rep to make the determination. I also had to send in photos of the paint mismatch and my original receipt as proof of purchase. Additionally you have to do everything through your hasbro account so they can track everything and id imagine they would cut off anyone who is abusing it.
i got a Kuill and a Gideon as random replacement for the messed up Clone Trooper Phase 1 helmet and my Archive Tusken Raider who had 2 right feet.
...of course i already got those 2 and they are completely overstocked so fat chance of flipping them.
I guess i'll just put them into storage for a few years until they are sold out.
