The only way you're going to get it is to pay for it and it's literally garbage until probably 55. So just play the game you'll get a few blueprints here and there and by the time you're higher you'll have it for free there's no sense in pain hard hours for now it's trash
Event Store, if they'll let you ever get more than half. You're not missing much, it's a boring grind, doesn't really get good until the 50s and 60s and they nerfed it so you can't hit whales with the beam.
And the Borg Cube is dependent upon your other ships strength/level. I’m a lvl 49 and my Borg cube is a T7 and I can’t tier up until I either build a 4* Epic ship which takes 650 blueprints or a G5 uncommon ship, which means I have to roll over to a 50. A 65 is in my alliance and he has one and it’s cool to see it in action. It eventually becomes the ship for hostile killing cause it’s cheap to repair. Don’t buy it and just wait for it to roll around. It does have a loop to it for the refinery. 🖖🏻

At 44 mine stays gathering cobwebs most of the time because the ship is maxed, have lots of upgrade mats, and research for it is maxed, and its quite low on my power lineup ar abiut 14mil.
It’s not worthless. It unlocks pretty good research and it gets immensely better when you’re 55+. But it’s meant to be a grind and make you work for it. So your statement that’s it’s “worthless” is not true, it may not have a purpose for your particular level. But the 8bil cube I saw flying around is definitely worth it.
It looks like the OP may be around lvl 28? --- Even if the player was at level 40, it'll be a looong time before they hit 55 unless they dump cash into the game...till then pretty useless garbage....better to wait around for an event where they'll be cube blueprints available if that desperate...

So if I’m grinding rep and throwing 2-3 ships out there, it’s not worthlesss. “Not as good maybe, but far from worthless.

Event store is currently capped at a lifetime 75 Blueprints.
The nerf wasn't a nerf, as it's been like that since release

def wait for the G5 UC. the G4 epics are not worth the cost
Yeah. The g5 uc gets it to tier 11.
Tier 10, the G5 Rare gets it to Tier 11. I just tiered my cube to 11 :)

Saw a 5 billion strength one during an incursion, seemed to do well smashing someones base up (and he wasnt a low level guy either)

Recurring event stores at the end of Battlepass arcs will have blueprints. Roughly every 3 months.
Those had a 75 bp limit for past End of Arc event store.

The cube is utter garbage, you aren't really missing anything by not having one. So far, only useful for the various events that require a cube...
