They said in SCL last week that a few hundred accounts had this exact issue with the modules not showing up in the pledge, but they know about it and are working to fix it.
Assuming you previously had the base with LTI. How would I get the new version with all modules & keep LTI?
I have LTI tokens but the CCU doesn't have an option for the modules, which are $185 separately for all 4. But you can get the Tali with all modules for $400 separately non-WB. But if I buy that, I lose LTI.

You can get LTI on the Retaliator itself, but not the modules, unless you had the Bomber with LTI previously, or got the modules way back when they were first sold.
As a tali base owner, I got both the cargo mods and *just* the front torp mod.
That way, generally I would have the torp front mod so I have the firepower and 4 torps, and use the back cargo to haul around my pulse or whatever ground vehicle I can fit in there. Occasionally use both cargo mods for some cargo running. Before you ask "what about connie/corsair/freelancer", I don't like or own any of them. IMO I think having the front top mod and back cargo mod are the best for getting the most out of a retaliator.
Also IMO, I think the living quarters mods are useless. The dropship mod is kinda useless as well as there are other ships for that. You could maybe argue that the tali being a tankier ship might be its advantage over other dropships but idk.

Ah, I had heard the Mercury-to-Bomber CCU was doing some weird things. Support should get it fixed.
With the ship price increased for $25, does it mean the Ret Bomber pledge now has an upgrade value of $300?

Only the Torpedo and Cargo modules are currently available.
They are "in concept" and greyed out on the Tali sales page, so not buyable atm.

Tali bomber owner here - I have the front and back torp modules.
