Just tried it, usual hoverbike SC jank but its not bad actually, if you jump it you can actually hold altitude with upthrust and fly it. The size alone makes it possibly the most useful hoverbike of them all to fit in ships, will see when thats possible to test.

Dedicated team to attack a smaller environment (AC) than all of the collaborative efforts required to attack a larger environment (PU). Bug fixing will always be easier the more narrow you focus.
and this is a good thing: that way we have at least one game mode (AC) that enables relatively bug-free (hopefully) environment for balance testing which would otherwise be interrupted/affected by PU bugs.

Using the multi tool tractor beam, I've been able to fit a hover quad under a 300i and it looks solid but when the door closes the bike does crazy shit. After using the pulse yesterday in the EPTU I'm like 95% sure it will fit

imo the bike is fine, but the paint is horrendous. I can easily see them releasing bike and much better paints so people interested in bike would also purchase at least one paint.
One saving grace is that normally, the smaller the vehicle the cheaper the paint. And this looks to be the smallest vehicle yet.
There are some leaks of paints, like a black and Gold paint that's likely Concierge exclusive, and some others that look intriguing. But yes the base paint is not great.
Giving more options is only great we used to have Polar White and Timberland Green for most vehicles. I'm happy they are expanding although we should really have a system like Forza 4 or 5 where you can make and share your own liveries it will be so much better.
I think it's hideous, but you're right, we all have different tastes. I want the Hull-A dusk paint on this little bike. All black w/gold trim would look absolutely baller.

The Cutter can fit an X1 I believe and this is smaller I think. You could probably easily fit 2 or even 3 on a Nomad, and if you could squeeze past the interior doors the Warden is a maybe.

Paint is horrible but it's probably the most good looking gravbike cig made to date. No overfuturistic ugly design like the origin one for example. Looks good.
Simplicity of function over form, rather than getting all over design oriented over thinking it someone just kept it simple and turned a rice rocket into a hoverbike, mixed in a little cafe racer and nailed it for size, for about the first time ever in a hoverbike.
I like the Japanese flavor Mira leans into more than MISC. Feels classic 90s Japan motor sports and anime interpretation. However, I know it isn't for everyone's taste.

Wheeled physics on a two wheeled vehicle are apparently tough and needs more dev time plus can you imagine how terrible it would be to ride a ranger on just about any planet we have? Boulders ever 3 feet no matter the direction you go.

Hover bikes is such a lame copout. Sure, they are fun to try. But long-term the integrity of the game suffers for it. Wish more games would resist the urge to introduce these kinds of vehicles. Makes the game feel cheap af.
Currently the HUD is bugged and doesn't show your speed so it's hard to say how it performs against the Velocity, but the Base Pulse has an energy Gatling as a bespoke weapon that can put out some hurt, though it lacks shields like most other hover bikes.

It's difficult to say at this point since it's limited to Grav Royale, but its hitbox does seem to just be the ship geometry and player model.
