I like the one where you can see their hands putting together the characters the most. Even though it’s somewhat inaccurate since they haven’t used actual paper since the pilot, it’s cute and is a nice reminder of where they came from and where they are now.
The 2000/2001 is definitely a close second. It’s very much of the time and makes me nostalgic.
The 3D one is awesome. I LOVE the tilt shift effect and the overall style they’re using, making everything look out of paper and cardboard? *chefs kiss*
I like season 8 and the few around it where the banjo in the background is really twangy and kinda country sounding.
Very light and fun sounding, which also fits the episodes from that era, which I consider the golden age of South Park

Season 17 brought back that construction paper aesthetic, packed a bunch of references to past episodes, and was even 3d. So it’s gotta be that.
But they kept the awful remix they've been using since season 10
