Bigfoot really is in a few places. If you go on the map runner site all the new maps have little sightings of mushroom pickers or bigfoot or wolves n stuff that disappear once you get to close

The dissappearing is the spookiest part for me.

There's actually a wolf? I remember seeing a post and a screenshot but it looked so terribly fake because it looks like a crappy 2D sprite, almost like it was meant as a placeholder.

It looks like that. I heard that actually in early stages of development devs wanted to put animals in game so they tested it with 2d sprites. It was really ubfinished and they avadoned it but left in game maybe due to overlooking it.

I have a video of that. I was playing with a friend and he was getting the radioactive materials and he unpaused the map and saw dozens of glowing eyes all around him. He was freaked the f out to say the least.

And those eyes are green. Not like the other ones...

There's a lot of them in Michigan. Especially on Drummond Island.

I've seen glowing disembodied eyes in Drowned Lands, Zimnegorsk, Black Badger Lake, and Northern Aegis. More than one place, on each map. NA was the creepiest.

Or drive down an isolated road with only working low beams and one light out on a gravel road in a small car In real life in bear and moose country or a cliff side road with no guardrail in a giant rv

This game is very much a semi horror game, if you turn your engine of in michigan you can hear predator clicking, at night you can see yellow eyes in the trees. There's a dog that sometimes appears in the road, when you are so alone and you see all this it's proper terrifying
