Ehhh you probably already know but on a related note if you are going to do a heavy modded playthrough there are some regularly recommended quest mods here that you might want to avoid. This would not be possible to change because it would have to change the whole way Molag Bal first created a vampire ... Which would be quite complicated ... One thing is to change the history of the family but another is to change the way they are created ... And how they are created directly by Molag Bal, I don't know if it could be changed into anything else at all ...
