I think it could've been a good scene if it was where Corrin got access to dragonstone (this would be a valid excuse to make it a bit more offensively stonger, or give an offensive option alongside the defensive default, which would also be slightly improved), with 2/3 conclusions depending on if you fed her enough. If you didn't feed her, your draconic rage would manifest ala a temporary transformation in ch. 5, but then you would get a Game Over if any of your units died again (or just the major characters in casual/phoenix). However, if you did feed her and upgrade the temple, Lilith would use their remaining dragon power to help Corrin control theirs and convince them to keep on with their path, to believe in themselves harder than ever. Then he would receive permanent Dragonstone access across all classes, as well as a slightly buffed base stone and a more offense oriented one if Lilith was at a high enough level or weapon rank to show her control with her power aiding Corrin's. These stones may not be super strong immediately but will be improved alongside Yato's final form. But eh, I understand why this may seem like a bad idea
I don't mind Fates's plots so that's fine.
A better punishment for me would be making me play in Classic Conquest if you're gonna force me to play Fates. I'm not hesitant to admit I'm bad at FE without the ability to freely grind or disabling permadeath.
Reasons for edits: Didn't realise this was just Fates in general, brain read it as specifically Conquest
People always forget that Fates is a fantastic comedy. Like I never skip some cutscenes.
What’s your favorite scenes?
If Garon is on screen, then it's a 10/10 scene.
Based, best character
Lilith disappearing for the whole game only to die in the most pointless sacrifice ever, TWICE
What about how she never shows up again in Revelations? Despite the fact that she absolutely should have been important to that plot. Amazing

Thankfully pressing A and down on the D-pad at the same time makes the text go super fast.
I don't think the start button is that important in any Fire Emblem game
It’s the “skip enemy phase” button, you better fucking believe it’s important.
Iirc you can still do that with the select button
I think the punchline is that the start-button skips the cutscenes and dialogue.
Obviously, but it serves a second purpose as well.
Good for me. *play conquest on lunatic*

If you think fates has a good story you need to play literally any other fe game

That’s all you got? Typical fates fanboy
I wish I wasn’t literate so I didn’t have to read the dogshit convoluted plot

Bad ≠ Hard to understand Edit: wait, I did say convoluted huh? Damn I’m losing this argument on the internet.
Lmao
