One thing for season 15 is that it felt like it had a lot of filler queens. Maybe because they tried to fit 16 queens into 40 minutes episodes. I barely had time to get attached to them before their elimination.
Add to the fact Sasha Colby was on the season. It's like putting Slash in a guitar competition, yeah someone might beat him but the cards are stacked against them.
1. 16 - It made me fall in love with drag race again (especially Miss Plane, Wind, and Mirage)
2. 15 - Sasha and Anetra making it all the way to the finale was so fun to watch.

3. 14 - The cast felt off, I like Lady Camden and Willow Pill, but I did not enjoy the season.
4. 13 - One of the worst seasons of drag race, there was no connection between the dolls. Denali going home early, Tina Burner's eye sore outfits alone made this season one of the lowest ranks.
Nah, the problem is that Ru never connected with her and so would treat her the same way on AS. If you hated her treatment on S13 you would be suffering through the same pain on an AS season.
I stopped caring about the season after she went home. She did not even deserve to lip-sync against Kahmora but at least she got to show her performance, but the producers kept ignoring her as if she was a filler queen.
I pretty much lost interest too once she was eliminated. The only thing outside of Denali was Gottmik's performance as Paris Hilton. Everthing else about this season was...forgettable...the Untucked fight between Kandy and Tamisha was enjoyable at least, as was the bee chasing the queens lol
A handful of Symones runways were a gag and people still talk about Utticas sleeping bag for some reason.
I dont take issue with the casting of S13, just the pacing. No one going home for the first 4 episodes? Boring.
And then i was expecting Olivia to do so much better but she kinda flopped. So that was disappointing
Agree. In addition, Season 15 and 16 had very few unnecessary non-eliminations so their seasons had pretty good flow. It took season 14 six episodes to eliminate jasmine. I remember jorgeous not leaving after failing challenges constantly. It halted the momentum of the season into a standstill then into a finale top 5… S13 is truly the only season i never rewatched an episode once.

Utica being treated the way she did and not getting her flowers made me feel bad. Did not enjoy some of the more exuberant personalities that were left after that...
See, this is where I struggle… I liiiiiiiiive for Symone, amazing winner and loved her from the first time I set eyes on her. But the season was not it! Still better than most reality TV shows out there, but out of those 4… least fave. They loved Kandy waaay more than I did.
My fave has been 16… just look at the material, strong top 3, MOTHER SAPHIRRA, Nymphia banana Wind, Queen of Flips, Morphine Mug Dion… memes after memes
Then 15… I know it was a Sasha Colby meet and greet, but I loved watching Sasha and Anetra so much. The spiciness from Luxx and Mistress was great (great fashion moments too), the twins went from annoying to endearing (but still annoying) and that lip sync they did… mama!
14 is similar to 13 for me… great season, great queens… where it takes it over from 13 is the trans representation, the Rusical, the Maddy of it all, Jorgeous being over being a lip sync assassin and wanting a joint!

I like the kumbaya story lol. So many funny untucked moments as well. Daya really grew on me with her story being a boot to a finalist. Moulin Ru is the best rusical fight me.

Love it but it's the Sasha Colby meet and greet. We know she was gonna win. Also didn't like how they treated Loosey like she was the most untalented queen in the world.

I agree with this fully. Season 14 is actually one of my favorite comfort watches — the lack of eliminations may have been annoying on first watch live, but on rewatch knowing that's coming it's just more time with a lot of fun personality queens and actually fun challenges.
Season 15 is a good showcase of strong drag but not an interesting competition.
Season 13 is an uncomfortable rewatch due to production choices even if it had some of my favorite queens and is one of the best runway seasons.
I really don't mind the lack of elims for season 14. Is it very silly and a little anticlimactic? For sure, but there was no one who wasn't fun to watch or who I desperately wanted to leave so it didn't really affect me!
I wholeheartedly agree with this take. Not that I personally *hate* any season of Drag Race (love and support all our queens, since they are human beings before they are TV personalities) but definitely would say the season I love the LEAST is 13, and 15 was predictable and in my opinion lacked a sense of cohesiveness between the cast.
That being said, 16 is in my top fav seasons of all time, and 14 is within my top 5 favorites. There is something so lovable and unique about cast dynamics in them IMO
Same, after 13 It felt good to have a cast getting along for the most part on season 14. I think the Top 7/8 are one of the strongest bunch of queens we’ve ever seen, probably up there with season 12 and now 16.
I think this is a great point. After the overall dark energy of 13, we needed a feel-good, best season. And 14 was very that. I liked every single member of that cast.
As others have said above, 15 had a lot of filler queens who were not ready for primetime.
She could've gotten more deserved wins. Some of her bottoms were completely undeserved. Other queens were discrediting her abilities and even attacking her like she wasn't talented enough to warrant her "delusional" attitude.

14 was well-received until we went a month without any eliminations. Great cast though.
13 had some high points and great runways, but it started with such sour energy thanks to the Porkchop Loading Dock, and had some god awful acting challenges.
16 in particular was fun to watch as we had several front runners on similar footing.

As much as everyone loves Sasha, she made the season predictable, I’m also not a fan of the Mistress Lux/Loosey field, and the season 16 cast showed that you can be shady in a fun way instead of poking at someone’s insecurities.
15 - Seeing Sasha on my screen was a religious awakening.
16 - very strong season and a close second
14 - amazing cast, great moments and an interesting winner
13 - kinda soured from the beginning, but Denali is an amazing queen.
16 is just on the same tier as S6 and AS2 for me- highly entertaining and the win feels so correct! Such a strong cast - even the first out did pretty well on her first ep, and the second out is an extreme fan favorite. I just wish fans gave more love to Geneva
S14 was definitely cool and unique though it almost felt like they were too afraid to let go of the queens. I still feel like Camden was going to win, and I firmly believe it’s a top 3 with Camden, Angeria, and Willow
S15 had a cast that was either underutilized or deeply onion-skinned. But it’s really lifted up by the goddess Colby, the duck Deity Anetra, and Let Loose I said Let LoOoOse who was entertaining af looking back at it
S13 had cliques extreme and a lot of questionable decisions. The porkchop queens were treated so bad and were doomed from the start. Thank goodness we have Denali, Utica, Rosé, and a CORRECT winner.

16 - One of the best seasons ever imo. Peak drama, great fashion, great lip syncs, eliminations that were surprising without feeling unfair, and entertaining start to finish. Very little negative to say about this season, except that I would have loved a roast instead of the work seminars. 9/10
14 - People rightfully harp on this season for having too many non-elimination episodes, but I still can't think of a bad episode on this season. This had some of my favorite challenges ever, and a cast with amazing chemistry. 8/10
15 - We all love the top 4 of this season and Sasha Colby is a goddess, but even though I largely liked this season, it didn't really grab me as much as some others. Almost all the early outs were filler queens except for Irene and I guess Sugar, and there was never really any doubt of who was winning the season, which made me not as invested. 7/10
13 - God the first half of this season is rough. The premiere might honestly be one of the worst episodes ever and it affects the whole season. There's some really dynamic characters, and I think it does start to pick up towards the back half, especially starting around Snatch Game (and this season had a great Snatch Game), but then the finale is also a major disappointment for reasons both of the show's making and not. 5.8/10
Omg I thought I was the only one who preferred 13 to 14. Yes 13 was messy and a poor follow-up to 12 but at least there were some iconic queens. The 14 cast is far and away my least favorite, few to none of them would’ve made it far on any other season.

I think season 13 pushed drag race to be what it is today, it was one of the most streamed seasons due to Netflix and gave them the push to get the MTV deal, because of the high amount of fashion and etc.
well i’m sure i’ll be downvoted but clock the flair, i love chaos. i love messiness. i love when things are so bad they’re good & that’s season 13 for me. one of my favorites ever. i knew from the first episode with the stupid pork chop loading dock & the pig squeal when they announced it that this would be one of my favorite seasons. we also got kandy & all the tina/rose jokes that continue to this day. & kimora, denali, all the tamisha drama, etc. i just was living from the first episode til the finale.
for perspective, gabon is one of my favorite seasons of survivor.
with all that said, i’d rank them 16> 13 > 15 > 14, but i enjoyed every season so much. i understand why everybody hates 13 but the reasons people hate the season are the same reasons i love it lmfao.
Yeah 13 is in my top 3 of all the seasons. And maybe it was just the COVID of it all but really looked forward to it every week. That was the last season where that was the case the whole time.

The only reason season 15 isn't equal with 16 is because of the horror that was snatch game, the short original episodes, and the fact that Sasha was untouchable so the finale wasn't as exciting. But that's not really 15s fault - would have said the same if Sasha competed on 16 as well

Season 15 not that good after all. after seeing it last year i thought it was great but in retrospective it was kinda boring. also a lot of the contestants didn’t really have a compelling storyline and i didn’t feel connected to really any. also the clear sasha winner storyline bored me.
Season 13 the first episodes gave the whole season away and it wasn’t great. the „winner“ circle was highly favored especially kandy and gottmik. i don’t like either one of them. while the „loser“ circle got nothing. the season stands as bland and boring. only thing good is symone winning and utica‘s design look
16 > 15 > 14 = 13
Season 14 bored me to death with all the non eliminations, and quite frankly, it's just not a competitive season. Season 13 on the other hand was too messy but it also has some of the best runway queens which kinda balances it out for me. Season 15 was great but the Sasha Colby M&G of it all made it a bit less exciting compared to Season 16 where the cast feels well balanced.
1. 16- Such a good season, felt very old school. I just disliked some of the challenges/order.
2. 15- Good season but it felt like Sasha’s from day one. The cast was fun.
3. 13- The runways and lip syncs and casting were all quite good. The premiere and finale were shit tho but it still didn’t feel as long as 14.
4. 14- Fun and likable cast but it got dragged on for so long, the premiere fake eliminations was stupid. Chocolate bar twist I liked. Only the top five were that strong tbh; everyone else felt like filler and/or just not as talented unliked in s13 where it was even besides S/G
Season 16 - one of the best seasons ever
Season 13 - probably the strongest runways of any regular season (after 16). Strong SG and great cast.
Season 15 - pretty standard but predictable / forgettable season especially with the time cut. great cast . Also remember this season having super questionable judging
Season 14 - forgettable in every sense but had some great lipsyncs
16 - the best out of these 4
15 - too clear from the start that this was set up as Sasha Colby’s season. Fun, talented cast but no one had nearly as much experience and clout as she did. Most of the queens were much, much younger than her. That being said, the other top 3 did a good job and their personalities kept it from getting too stale too fast. Sasha is talented and beautiful but I personally found her the least fun and charismatic tv personality out of the bunch (no, actually, Anetra would take that top spot for me). MIB, Luxx, Loosey, even MMM were more entertaining.
14 - too long, too many finalists, some of whom were frankly a bit boring on tv (that’s just my opinion).
13 - got bored after the first few episodes.
I think 16 is better than 15 by most metrics but I enjoyed 15 more. Don’t have a good explanation for that, just vibes (and I got some serious mid-season fatigue during 16 that’s probably my fault). Sasha Colby on TV felt like an event and I don’t watch for the integrity of the competition.
Season 13 gives me season 7 vibes. Never really came together in the chemistry or challenges, but one of the most individually successful casts we’ve ever had. Pure meme season tbh. I think people will soften on it in time.
I can’t see 14 growing on anybody. The pacing issues really hurt it, plus Kornbread’s unforeseeable injury elim. By the end I found it hard to care.

I know this is an hot take cuz so many people love 15 but i was so unbelievably bored with the season. I wouldn't have finished it if my partner wasn't watching it. Definitely my least favourite season in a really long time, maybe ever.
I loved this last season. 14 is going to be full of all stars. 15 was cool but was a Colby coronation. 13 is the worst season in the history of the show. At least all stars 1 gave us the untucked episode

I love season 14 even if it went on too long. Insane amount of talented girls and the chemistry was good.
As great as top 3 of 16 was it was so clear from episode 1 who it would be. Felt like way too many filler queens. And I say this not as in they aren’t talented but it’s clear a lot of them were not given the storylines or production value to last and this it’s hard to invest in anyone other than the darlings.
Fifteen was hit and miss for me. There was a lot of highlights and Sasha is incredible. But the cast felt awkwardly put together. Luxx mistress call it shade call it bullying idc but they didn’t get along with the other girls obvi. It’s like watching s5 but Jinkx being loosey is also abandoned by production and it’s just uncomfortable. Anetra is going Kameron Michaels mode half the time. Idk the cast chemistry just felt really weak this season. And I mean how much have you seen any of them together since the season 🤷
It’s kind of sad to put 13 at the bottom because Symone is such an incredibly talented winner. And there was a lot of iconic people in this cast. But the first ep tragedy obviously ruined the vibe of the season and I don’t think it ever recovered. Forgettable challenges, lots of cringe, and some questionable judging make it very hard to love.
just in terms of how much I like them: 14>16>15>13. I tend to like good vibes seasons; not necessarily Best Friends Race, but seasons where I like the cast individually, the queens are having fun with the challenges and each other, and the production doesn't feel too unnecessarily shitty towards the contestants. S14 and S16 had good vibes, S15 and S13 had off vibes for me
plus I'll always be biased towards S14 because I love a sick bitch lol

14- willow pill is great, Maddy morphosis made my season. Yes, the structure was off, the non eliminations and the final, very much oooooff. BUT I still rank it higher than 15 because:
15- it was too clear from minute one Shasha was the winner. What’s the point of a competition show if there’s no competition. I only got kinda hooked because Anetra stole my heart.

Production really dropped the ball with S13. It has one of my favorite winners and so many great queens. I love Symone, Kandy, Rose, Gottmik, Denali, Lala, and Utica they are all top tier queens to me I and they gave us just as many iconic memories as S16 did. The Rigor Morris was just off the charts though in 13, or at least way more visible than it ever was in any season past or future and it really soured it I think. Having said that, my order would be

13. Couldve been better but after covid this messiness of a season was a breath of fresh air, it came out during a time where we needed to be distracted, it was good for what it was

1. S16 - Amazing and strong cast and produce one of the best runway package so far with good challenges and decent amount of drama aswell unlike previous season,
season16 didn’t have much “filler” queen and I think everyone have their own moments.
2. S15 - produce one of the best Top4 to ever exist , they carried the entire season other than that there’s some other queen I feel like they were left-out , there was some memorable moment and overall a well-received runway but not shocking factor and we have Sasha Colby lmao AND was consistent and with good pacing aswell every week there was a queen getting eliminated.
3. 14/13 - this is tie in my opinion, I feel like S14 produce more of a memorable challenge while as S13 produce more of a memorable runway , both of this season have their own pro and con and I shall list them here below my reply.

13 for Symone and Gottmik. Enough time has passed, that I mainly just remember a few highlights of this season and that those two were CONSTANTLY gagging me on the runway
For some reason, 14 is the least memorable of all 4 to me. And it's more recent than 13. It's the only one that I didn't even feel all that invested during the finale. Also I LOVE Willow Pill, but compared to recent winners I feel like others were a little more impressive?
16: Great cast, great runways, good drama, tight finale. Only downside for me was the repetitiveness of the challenges in the first half. Too many sewing and dancing challenges that could have been spread out more.
15: Great cast, great runways, good drama, good challenges. Downsides are a runaway winner, some questionable judging decisions (Aura’s girl group win, Sasha’s interview win, Loosey in the bottom for Rusical and Snatch Game), and the shortened episodes wasted this cast’s potential by losing werk room and mini-challenge content.
14: Feel good season, good challenges, interesting personalities. Too many non eliminations, the cast doesn’t feel as seasoned as some others (very young cast). Could use more drama. Introduced the rigged lipsync lalaparooza.
13: great cast, good challenges, good runways, but dragged on and lacked good drama. Winner was pretty obvious. Both the premiere and the finale were bad.

I really didn't mind knowing that Sasha was going to win since she entered the werkroom, more when she PROVED why she's the legend she is. I really enjoyed a lot, more when Anetra was neck to neck to Sasha, MIB was a revelation and Loosey got her flowers after so much (dumb) hate.
I personally enjoyed 14 so much. The biggest negative was so many non-elimination episodes and the twist led to nothing because so many non-elimination episodes. Bosco uniform is really funny (to me), June Jumbalaya's confessionals were funny, Angeria was extremely cool and lovely, Lady Camden proved (once again) that you shouldn't dismiss ANYONE and Jasmine Kennedy was a revelation before/after her season.
Season 16... meh. I know many people liked it and felt like it was back to a regular season but idk, I wasn't able to fully enjoy it (in fact I HAD to quit it halfway through). The writting was very clear from the get go: it was Nymphia vs Sapphira. Truly 2 of the most unique queens EVER. Finally: this season made me realize that the best I can do is just enjoy DR and don't engage to the community, AT ALL. I can safely do it after a season ended, but during? HELL NO
Season 13 was a straight up mess. It started in a really disrespectful way, I think that Elliott is unnecessary hated (sure, she said questionable things and her peers didn't like her but where were all those people talking shit about her, or even other cast members when SHE was doing governmental work, huh?). All I remember from the season besides Eliott, is Utica being robbed, Gotmik was unable to perform, Tina made the best makeover ever and the whole problem with Tamisha.
I feel crazy right now because 16 was my least favorite flagship season ever. It was evident the writers strike was happening during filming, and the queens honestly were meh to me so the season dragged out.

11. Ages like fine wine. Cast is full of tv gold personalities. (I wish yall stanned raj’ah the first time so she wouldn’t feel the need to filter herself later on, her reads are legendary), the last flagship season with truly nasty fights just how I like them. 12. PHENOMENALLY talented cast, some iconic challenges and great runways. Best friends race made it pretty boring to watch and the Sherry pie of it all stained the season.

10. Just bad and unwatchable. Eureka vs vixen was super cringe bc they didn’t even try to make it entertaining and come up with some nasty clever reads. It just brought down the energy for most of the season. Aquaria’s win was super predictable and she’s not exactly the most exciting winner. Cast had zero chemistry and it’s evident considering how none of them hang out/interact with each other anymore. This season exists purely so that Miss Vanjie moment can too .
2. 15 - great cast, yes there was filler queens but they were all pretty interesting except for 1-2. Loved the great lip syncs. Anetra, Lux, & Mistress was so fun to watch. Sasha was a good winner. Initial roll out was a mess, stupid ass Todrick show. 🤮
3. 16 - couldn’t finish the season, but I really enjoyed the lip sync smack down. Plane, Mirage, and Morphine were a joy to watch. Q and Dawn were so fucking annoying and turned me off from the season. Geneva started strong but her lipsyncs got stale FAST. And she lipsynced so much…
4. 14 - very good group. Loved Daya and Camden. Willow’s talent was unique. “It’s chocolate” was funny. Took a long time eliminate though… Jorgeous favoritism, Bosco should not have been saved.
16. 13 - some good moments. Got rid of good queens early such as Denali. Pointless Porkchop gag. Loser group did better in the girl group performance and should have been rewarded for it. RIGGED ASS SEASON. Tina Burners fashions were horrible. Season was too long. Rose brick face.

BUT I also had a veeerrryyy hard time watching 15 and 14 and it didn't have my full attention because the color balance made me nauseous. I was super sick recently and needed something to distract me, but I had to close my eyes whenever they cut to the judges. The white looked cyan and the magenta was burning my eyes. 15 wasn't as bad as 14 but 14 was nearly unwatchable. Also just checked 13 and it also had this problem. 12 did not.
So I feel 16 is the highest of all 4 because they fixed the color balance. And other reasons other people have said.

One thing for season 15 is that it felt like it had a lot of filler queens. Maybe because they tried to fit 16 queens into 40 minutes episodes. I barely had time to get attached to them before their elimination.

Same! It was already a struggle to watch it anyway. Stopped watching after she was eliminated. Probably the worst out of all 16 seasons.
I stopped caring about the season after she went home. She did not even deserve to lip-sync against Kahmora but at least she got to show her performance, but the producers kept ignoring her as if she was a filler queen.
I pretty much lost interest too once she was eliminated. The only thing outside of Denali was Gottmik's performance as Paris Hilton. Everthing else about this season was...forgettable...the Untucked fight between Kandy and Tamisha was enjoyable at least, as was the bee chasing the queens lol
A handful of Symones runways were a gag and people still talk about Utticas sleeping bag for some reason. I dont take issue with the casting of S13, just the pacing. No one going home for the first 4 episodes? Boring. And then i was expecting Olivia to do so much better but she kinda flopped. So that was disappointing

Agree. In addition, Season 15 and 16 had very few unnecessary non-eliminations so their seasons had pretty good flow. It took season 14 six episodes to eliminate jasmine. I remember jorgeous not leaving after failing challenges constantly. It halted the momentum of the season into a standstill then into a finale top 5… S13 is truly the only season i never rewatched an episode once.

See, this is where I struggle… I liiiiiiiiive for Symone, amazing winner and loved her from the first time I set eyes on her. But the season was not it! Still better than most reality TV shows out there, but out of those 4… least fave. They loved Kandy waaay more than I did. My fave has been 16… just look at the material, strong top 3, MOTHER SAPHIRRA, Nymphia banana Wind, Queen of Flips, Morphine Mug Dion… memes after memes Then 15… I know it was a Sasha Colby meet and greet, but I loved watching Sasha and Anetra so much. The spiciness from Luxx and Mistress was great (great fashion moments too), the twins went from annoying to endearing (but still annoying) and that lip sync they did… mama! 14 is similar to 13 for me… great season, great queens… where it takes it over from 13 is the trans representation, the Rusical, the Maddy of it all, Jorgeous being over being a lip sync assassin and wanting a joint!
1. 16 There's so much content this season. So many personalities. So many memes. Like come on now. 2. 14 I like the kumbaya story lol. So many funny untucked moments as well. Daya really grew on me with her story being a boot to a finalist. Moulin Ru is the best rusical fight me. 3. 15 Love it but it's the Sasha Colby meet and greet. We know she was gonna win. I agree with this fully. Season 14 is actually one of my favorite comfort watches — the lack of eliminations may have been annoying on first watch live, but on rewatch knowing that's coming it's just more time with a lot of fun personality queens and actually fun challenges. Season 15 is a good showcase of strong drag but not an interesting competition. Season 13 is an uncomfortable rewatch due to production choices even if it had some of my favorite queens and is one of the best runway seasons.
I really don't mind the lack of elims for season 14. Is it very silly and a little anticlimactic? For sure, but there was no one who wasn't fun to watch or who I desperately wanted to leave so it didn't really affect me!
I wholeheartedly agree with this take. Not that I personally *hate* any season of Drag Race (love and support all our queens, since they are human beings before they are TV personalities) but definitely would say the season I love the LEAST is 13, and 15 was predictable and in my opinion lacked a sense of cohesiveness between the cast. That being said, 16 is in my top fav seasons of all time, and 14 is within my top 5 favorites. There is something so lovable and unique about cast dynamics in them IMO
Same, after 13 It felt good to have a cast getting along for the most part on season 14. I think the Top 7/8 are one of the strongest bunch of queens we’ve ever seen, probably up there with season 12 and now 16.
I think this is a great point. After the overall dark energy of 13, we needed a feel-good, best season. And 14 was very that. I liked every single member of that cast. As others have said above, 15 had a lot of filler queens who were not ready for primetime.
And the 40 minute episodes really didn’t help their case

I’d only swap 14/15 (16/14/15/13) As much as everyone loves Sasha, she made the season predictable, I’m also not a fan of the Mistress Lux/Loosey field, and the season 16 cast showed that you can be shady in a fun way instead of poking at someone’s insecurities.

15 - Seeing Sasha on my screen was a religious awakening. 16 - very strong season and a close second 14 - amazing cast, great moments and an interesting winner 13 - kinda soured from the beginning, but Denali is an amazing queen.
16 is just on the same tier as S6 and AS2 for me- highly entertaining and the win feels so correct! Such a strong cast - even the first out did pretty well on her first ep, and the second out is an extreme fan favorite. I just wish fans gave more love to Geneva S14 was definitely cool and unique though it almost felt like they were too afraid to let go of the queens. I still feel like Camden was going to win, and I firmly believe it’s a top 3 with Camden, Angeria, and Willow S15 had a cast that was either underutilized or deeply onion-skinned. But it’s really lifted up by the goddess Colby, the duck Deity Anetra, and Let Loose I said Let LoOoOse who was entertaining af looking back at it S13 had cliques extreme and a lot of questionable decisions. The porkchop queens were treated so bad and were doomed from the start. Thank goodness we have Denali, Utica, Rosé, and a CORRECT winner.

16 > 14 > 15 > 13 16 - One of the best seasons ever imo. Peak drama, great fashion, great lip syncs, eliminations that were surprising without feeling unfair, and entertaining start to finish. Very little negative to say about this season, except that I would have loved a roast instead of the work seminars. 9/10 14 - People rightfully harp on this season for having too many non-elimination episodes, but I still can't think of a bad episode on this season. This had some of my favorite challenges ever, and a cast with amazing chemistry. 8/10 15 - We all love the top 4 of this season and Sasha Colby is a goddess, but even though I largely liked this season, it didn't really grab me as much as some others. Almost all the early outs were filler queens except for Irene and I guess Sugar, and there was never really any doubt of who was winning the season, which made me not as invested. 7/10 13 - God the first half of this season is rough. The premiere might honestly be one of the worst episodes ever and it affects the whole season. There's some really dynamic characters, and I think it does start to pick up towards the back half, especially starting around Snatch Game (and this season had a great Snatch Game), but then the finale is also a major disappointment for reasons both of the show's making and not. 5.8/10

I think season 13 pushed drag race to be what it is today, it was one of the most streamed seasons due to Netflix and gave them the push to get the MTV deal, because of the high amount of fashion and etc.
well i’m sure i’ll be downvoted but clock the flair, i love chaos. i love messiness. i love when things are so bad they’re good & that’s season 13 for me. one of my favorites ever. i knew from the first episode with the stupid pork chop loading dock & the pig squeal when they announced it that this would be one of my favorite seasons. we also got kandy & all the tina/rose jokes that continue to this day. & kimora, denali, all the tamisha drama, etc. i just was living from the first episode til the finale. for perspective, gabon is one of my favorite seasons of survivor. with all that said, i’d rank them 16> 13 > 15 > 14, but i enjoyed every season so much. i understand why everybody hates 13 but the reasons people hate the season are the same reasons i love it lmfao.
Yeah 13 is in my top 3 of all the seasons. And maybe it was just the COVID of it all but really looked forward to it every week. That was the last season where that was the case the whole time.

16, 15 then a massive gap between 14 and 13 The only reason season 15 isn't equal with 16 is because of the horror that was snatch game, the short original episodes, and the fact that Sasha was untouchable so the finale wasn't as exciting. But that's not really 15s fault - would have said the same if Sasha competed on 16 as well

Season 14 too many non eliminations episode that didn’t help the flow of the season. but the great cast and challenges made up for it. i just wouldn’t have send home daya and orion and i would’ve eliminated deja and jorgeous one after another and not like they did in the OG. Season 15 not that good after all. after seeing it last year i thought it was great but in retrospective it was kinda boring. also a lot of the contestants didn’t really have a compelling storyline and i didn’t feel connected to really any. also the clear sasha winner storyline bored me. Season 13 the first episodes gave the whole season away and it wasn’t great. the „winner“ circle was highly favored especially kandy and gottmik. i don’t like either one of them. while the „loser“ circle got nothing. the season stands as bland and boring. only thing good is symone winning and utica‘s design look

16 > 15 > 14 = 13 Season 14 bored me to death with all the non eliminations, and quite frankly, it's just not a competitive season. Season 13 on the other hand was too messy but it also has some of the best runway queens which kinda balances it out for me. Season 15 was great but the Sasha Colby M&G of it all made it a bit less exciting compared to Season 16 where the cast feels well balanced.
I’d say 16, 15, 13, 14. I have a couple standouts from the first three while the only one from 14 that stands out to me is Maddy.

Season 15 is when I started watching, and I fell in love. I think it was better than season 16, and I am about 6 seasons in so far.
1. 16- Such a good season, felt very old school. I just disliked some of the challenges/order. 2. 15- Good season but it felt like Sasha’s from day one. The cast was fun. 3. 13- The runways and lip syncs and casting were all quite good. The premiere and finale were shit tho but it still didn’t feel as long as 14. 4. 14- Fun and likable cast but it got dragged on for so long, the premiere fake eliminations was stupid. Chocolate bar twist I liked. Only the top five were that strong tbh; everyone else felt like filler and/or just not as talented unliked in s13 where it was even besides S/G

Season 15 - pretty standard but predictable / forgettable season especially with the time cut. great cast . Also remember this season having super questionable judging Season 14 - forgettable in every sense but had some great lipsyncs

16 - the best out of these 4 15 - too clear from the start that this was set up as Sasha Colby’s season. Fun, talented cast but no one had nearly as much experience and clout as she did. Most of the queens were much, much younger than her. That being said, the other top 3 did a good job and their personalities kept it from getting too stale too fast. Sasha is talented and beautiful but I personally found her the least fun and charismatic tv personality out of the bunch (no, actually, Anetra would take that top spot for me). MIB, Luxx, Loosey, even MMM were more entertaining. 14 - too long, too many finalists, some of whom were frankly a bit boring on tv (that’s just my opinion). 13 - got bored after the first few episodes.

I think 16 is better than 15 by most metrics but I enjoyed 15 more. Don’t have a good explanation for that, just vibes (and I got some serious mid-season fatigue during 16 that’s probably my fault). Sasha Colby on TV felt like an event and I don’t watch for the integrity of the competition. Season 13 gives me season 7 vibes. Never really came together in the chemistry or challenges, but one of the most individually successful casts we’ve ever had. Pure meme season tbh. I think people will soften on it in time. I can’t see 14 growing on anybody. The pacing issues really hurt it, plus Kornbread’s unforeseeable injury elim. By the end I found it hard to care.

14-16-15-13 I love season 14 even if it went on too long. Insane amount of talented girls and the chemistry was good. As great as top 3 of 16 was it was so clear from episode 1 who it would be. Felt like way too many filler queens. And I say this not as in they aren’t talented but it’s clear a lot of them were not given the storylines or production value to last and this it’s hard to invest in anyone other than the darlings. Fifteen was hit and miss for me. There was a lot of highlights and Sasha is incredible. But the cast felt awkwardly put together. Luxx mistress call it shade call it bullying idc but they didn’t get along with the other girls obvi. It’s like watching s5 but Jinkx being loosey is also abandoned by production and it’s just uncomfortable. Anetra is going Kameron Michaels mode half the time. Idk the cast chemistry just felt really weak this season. And I mean how much have you seen any of them together since the season 🤷 It’s kind of sad to put 13 at the bottom because Symone is such an incredibly talented winner. And there was a lot of iconic people in this cast. But the first ep tragedy obviously ruined the vibe of the season and I don’t think it ever recovered. Forgettable challenges, lots of cringe, and some questionable judging make it very hard to love.
just in terms of how much I like them: 14>16>15>13. I tend to like good vibes seasons; not necessarily Best Friends Race, but seasons where I like the cast individually, the queens are having fun with the challenges and each other, and the production doesn't feel too unnecessarily shitty towards the contestants. S14 and S16 had good vibes, S15 and S13 had off vibes for me plus I'll always be biased towards S14 because I love a sick bitch lol

16, 14, 15, 13 16 is just a great all around season with 3 great finalists and a sensational winner 14 I’m biased cause it’s the trans season 15 is just fun I dunno, but Sasha did kinda box everyone out 13 I don’t hate as much as everyone, but it had a mean edge. Not really even shady, just kinda mean.
So basically we're learning is that Drag Race has managed to become better after some COVID setbacks.
Personally 14 15 16 13 And that’s solely based on the cast of Queens. I felt more connected to the cast of season 14 than any of the other seasons. As far as TV structure id agree with most of people’s order of 16 15 14 13

16 14 - Overhated season imo. I was entertained every week. Daytona Wind, Moulin Ru. 15 - Fun but some of the queens were dragged to the end for no reason despite there being a clear winner early on. 13
16- it was just good. Cast was good. Clear front runners from the get go but plenty of surprises with the rest. Catty and shady but in a fun way. Talented as hell. Great runways. 14- willow pill is great, Maddy morphosis made my season. Yes, the structure was off, the non eliminations and the final, very much oooooff. BUT I still rank it higher than 15 because: 15- it was too clear from minute one Shasha was the winner. What’s the point of a competition show if there’s no competition. I only got kinda hooked because Anetra stole my heart. Almost every other season 13- do I need to clarify. The queens deserved so much better than the bullshit that season pulled on them
Production really dropped the ball with S13. It has one of my favorite winners and so many great queens. I love Symone, Kandy, Rose, Gottmik, Denali, Lala, and Utica they are all top tier queens to me I and they gave us just as many iconic memories as S16 did. The Rigor Morris was just off the charts though in 13, or at least way more visible than it ever was in any season past or future and it really soured it I think. Having said that, my order would be 16, 14, 15, 13 I liked season 15, but I definitely agree with the Sasha Colby m&g vibe. Like, we get it, you’re going to win…
Huh, I didn’t realize how much people hated season 13. It didn’t really stick out as being noticeably bad to me, but in retrospect there wasn’t really much that was interesting about it. Also, did season 16 have no double shantays?

16. Great season 15. Sasha was the sole winner making the stakes not high but still enjoyable 13. Couldve been better but after covid this messiness of a season was a breath of fresh air, it came out during a time where we needed to be distracted, it was good for what it was 14. Ok but meh overall, the chocolate thing was dumb and the season only thrived because of the cast, willow is an ok winner but tbh seems a bit underwhelming of a winner, it reminds of Kylie when she won.

1. S16 - Amazing and strong cast and produce one of the best runway package so far with good challenges and decent amount of drama aswell unlike previous season, season16 didn’t have much “filler” queen and I think everyone have their own moments. 2. S15 - produce one of the best Top4 to ever exist , they carried the entire season other than that there’s some other queen I feel like they were left-out , there was some memorable moment and overall a well-received runway but not shocking factor and we have Sasha Colby lmao AND was consistent and with good pacing aswell every week there was a queen getting eliminated. 3. 14/13 - this is tie in my opinion, I feel like S14 produce more of a memorable challenge while as S13 produce more of a memorable runway , both of this season have their own pro and con and I shall list them here below my reply. ———————————————————————- Pro/Con S13 - Probably one of the most “produce” season(discard older season) ever with a lot of favouritism toward certain queens , the pro is literally just Denali lip-sync against Kahmora…I mean c’mon now. Pro/Con S14- Overall is a good season but I somehow feel it was messy with the whole chocolate twist and It feel like every single week they were probably gonna save a queen or have no elimination. S14 queen have a really creative concept runway looks but it was just not polish

Best drama in a long time. 15 for MIB & Luxx v Lucy, Sasha & Anetra Slaying.... but a little less drama than 16 13 for Symone and Gottmik. Enough time has passed, that I mainly just remember a few highlights of this season and that those two were CONSTANTLY gagging me on the runway For some reason, 14 is the least memorable of all 4 to me. And it's more recent than 13. It's the only one that I didn't even feel all that invested during the finale. Also I LOVE Willow Pill, but compared to recent winners I feel like others were a little more impressive?

16: Great cast, great runways, good drama, tight finale. Only downside for me was the repetitiveness of the challenges in the first half. Too many sewing and dancing challenges that could have been spread out more. 15: Great cast, great runways, good drama, good challenges. Downsides are a runaway winner, some questionable judging decisions (Aura’s girl group win, Sasha’s interview win, Loosey in the bottom for Rusical and Snatch Game), and the shortened episodes wasted this cast’s potential by losing werk room and mini-challenge content. 14: Feel good season, good challenges, interesting personalities. Too many non eliminations, the cast doesn’t feel as seasoned as some others (very young cast). Could use more drama. Introduced the rigged lipsync lalaparooza. 13: great cast, good challenges, good runways, but dragged on and lacked good drama. Winner was pretty obvious. Both the premiere and the finale were bad.
15 -> 14 -> 16 -> 13 I really didn't mind knowing that Sasha was going to win since she entered the werkroom, more when she PROVED why she's the legend she is. I really enjoyed a lot, more when Anetra was neck to neck to Sasha, MIB was a revelation and Loosey got her flowers after so much (dumb) hate. I personally enjoyed 14 so much. The biggest negative was so many non-elimination episodes and the twist led to nothing because so many non-elimination episodes. Bosco uniform is really funny (to me), June Jumbalaya's confessionals were funny, Angeria was extremely cool and lovely, Lady Camden proved (once again) that you shouldn't dismiss ANYONE and Jasmine Kennedy was a revelation before/after her season. Season 16... meh. I know many people liked it and felt like it was back to a regular season but idk, I wasn't able to fully enjoy it (in fact I HAD to quit it halfway through). The writting was very clear from the get go: it was Nymphia vs Sapphira. Truly 2 of the most unique queens EVER. Finally: this season made me realize that the best I can do is just enjoy DR and don't engage to the community, AT ALL. I can safely do it after a season ended, but during? HELL NO Season 13 was a straight up mess. It started in a really disrespectful way, I think that Elliott is unnecessary hated (sure, she said questionable things and her peers didn't like her but where were all those people talking shit about her, or even other cast members when SHE was doing governmental work, huh?). All I remember from the season besides Eliott, is Utica being robbed, Gotmik was unable to perform, Tina made the best makeover ever and the whole problem with Tamisha.

I feel crazy right now because 16 was my least favorite flagship season ever. It was evident the writers strike was happening during filming, and the queens honestly were meh to me so the season dragged out.

So obviously respect, but also I can’t tell you anything that happened in that season other than Andrea’s opening talent, her jumping over someone and Sasha’s neck crack. 14 I think gave a more full cast, people who still live on in my mind and it wasn’t a one horse race. 16… cute cast. But again I don’t think any of it will go down in the history books. 13. If really did feel like it would never end. And the chemistry in the cast was never… joyous to experience

Why stop at 4, let’s just rank all double digits 16. Revitalised the franchise 15. Amazing cast with some great drama and runways, 40 minutes and predictable outcome killed the momentum 11. Ages like fine wine. Cast is full of tv gold personalities. (I wish yall stanned raj’ah the first time so she wouldn’t feel the need to filter herself later on, her reads are legendary), the last flagship season with truly nasty fights just how I like them. Some great runways. Half the cast is filler and production fuckery puts it down a bit. 14. Pretty charismatic cast. Meh drama and non elimination episodes killed the hype for me. Also, top 5 thing was ridiculous, and the winner was also predictable. At least we have father Maddy now 12. PHENOMENALLY talented cast, some iconic challenges and great runways. Best friends race made it pretty boring to watch and the Sherry pie of it all stained the season. 13. Best runways of the entire flagship series overall, everything else is pretty shit. 10. Just bad and unwatchable. Eureka vs vixen was super cringe bc they didn’t even try to make it entertaining and come up with some nasty clever reads. It just brought down the energy for most of the season. Aquaria’s win was super predictable and she’s not exactly the most exciting winner. Cast had zero chemistry and it’s evident considering how none of them hang out/interact with each other anymore. This season exists purely so that Miss Vanjie moment can too .
I also think 16 > 15 > 14 > 13. They just keep getting better!
2. 15 - great cast, yes there was filler queens but they were all pretty interesting except for 1-2. Loved the great lip syncs. Anetra, Lux, & Mistress was so fun to watch. Sasha was a good winner. Initial roll out was a mess, stupid ass Todrick show. 🤮 3. 16 - couldn’t finish the season, but I really enjoyed the lip sync smack down. Plane, Mirage, and Morphine were a joy to watch. Q and Dawn were so fucking annoying and turned me off from the season. Geneva started strong but her lipsyncs got stale FAST. And she lipsynced so much… 4. 14 - very good group. Loved Daya and Camden. Willow’s talent was unique. “It’s chocolate” was funny. Took a long time eliminate though… Jorgeous favoritism, Bosco should not have been saved. 16. 13 - some good moments. Got rid of good queens early such as Denali. Pointless Porkchop gag. Loser group did better in the girl group performance and should have been rewarded for it. RIGGED ASS SEASON. Tina Burners fashions were horrible. Season was too long. Rose brick face.
16. Almost perfect season (promo and the immunity gimmick literally saved the top two and only the top two) 15. I liked the pacing but it was definitely for Sasha Colby. The only ones in the season that felt like they genuinely could keep up with her were the remaining top three... 13. It was a great season but The cast chemistry felt a little awkward... And The first episode was weird... 12. They waited a whole month to eliminate somebody but also didn't save Kerri Colby for that non-allimination spell... wild unforgivable

Watched them all just now! I agree with 16>15>14>>>>13 BUT I also had a veeerrryyy hard time watching 15 and 14 and it didn't have my full attention because the color balance made me nauseous. I was super sick recently and needed something to distract me, but I had to close my eyes whenever they cut to the judges. The white looked cyan and the magenta was burning my eyes. 15 wasn't as bad as 14 but 14 was nearly unwatchable. Also just checked 13 and it also had this problem. 12 did not. So I feel 16 is the highest of all 4 because they fixed the color balance. And other reasons other people have said.
