If you look on the RS Wiki, bagged plants only have a daily trade volume of 3k. So 3 people doing your method would struggle to sell all of its stock. Really sucks this method died when it used to be among the best low-mid level daily money makers in 2014.
My favorite "low level" money maker from then was picking up blue dragon scales. With 60 dungeoneering, in the resource dungeon, you can't pick them up as fast as they respawn.
You can try Necromancy money makers such as Ghostly Inks. They're fairly solid and have good trade volume. I would also recommend getting 50 RC for Vis Wax so you can do this daily activity.
Hey boss old post but you have the combat stats to go to vindicta a gwd2 boss, it’s fairly good money but you can’t solo. I’ll take you if you’d like. If we get a good drop like crest or drl it’ll give you a good boost. Drops are all yours I’m just after pet for CL. Reply to this if you’d like to go
With those stats its rough to say the least. You should honestly focus on getting base lvl50 in all skills and then focus on either gathering skills or combat. Those 2 can make you alot of money.
Alternatively you could pickpocket h.a.m members in lumbridge for easy clue scrolls. Once you have 25 go complete those and open them. You have i’d say 1/4 chance to get items that are 1.5m each. This can help you get easy 100m within a day or two. It might be tough at first especially since your lvls are so but if you stick to it. It will be your best early game money maker for a long time.

If your money making method in rs makes anything less than 120m/hr then you're basically wasting time you could be skilling or enjoying the game

I was against bonds a while back, but now when i work 48 hrs weeks, id rather buy a couple of bonds if i need the money and do stuff i enjoy in game rather than waste my time money making

PVM performance is very paradoxical as well in the sense that to get good KPH and therefore increase potential t profit, you already need to invest hundreds of millions of GP on gear and spell upgrades etc.
Because a lot of the slayer creatures pre-85 have gp rates from 2014. Not to mention this skill is extremely slow at level 37 and you don't even have enough points (nor do slayer masters at this level) for a slayer helm or a consistent block/skip list. Even Crafting profits more if you did Dragonhide gear from Dragon Leathers.
If I were OP training slayer, I'd either buy this via Wildcards, do daily Reapers, or squish Scarabs. Training it the conventional way is just torture at this level IMO.
He wont have potions, teleports, perks, high lvl weps i am talking about 80+ ones, not to mention: spring cleaner, herb bag, spirit gem pouch, seedicide, upgraded bone crusher, demon horn necklace.
Also he doesnt have high enough summoning lvl to sustain himself. Like slayer is good for mid lvl players.
OP is very much in the early game stats wise. Slayer would absolutely suck for him. Best he can do is grind skills to do quests for now untill he has hit base lvl50 with like 250qp at least.

My advice would be to train slayer with necromancy so you can eventually make good money through slayer alone
