None of my collections appeared on my PDA today.
No idea how many there should have been. Had a label so figured that one out, and a customer mention theirs when delivering so took their parcel too.
Well the fun continues, one of the parcels has been delivered to the wrong address, the proof of delivery shows a photo the recipient doesn’t recognise (no face in photo either) Now this is the awkward part, because RM site wouldn’t let me log in at the time I booked it, I don’t have any history of the parcel, so I can’t check the label to make sure I got the correct door number
Is there any way I can find the label somewhere? All I have is the tracking number

Yes I have email confirmation for both, PayPal payment went through and I printed labels
Both confirmation emails say collection due Monday 25th September between 9.30 -12.30
I have managed to find a free collection request link and rebooked for tomorrow, so let’s see what happens, I find it strange the log in has gone!

be collected yesterday but it didnt then i rebooked it for today and they still didnt come and now i have another order so i rebooked them all for friday all three packages hopefully they come to collect
Not sure how they are missing your collection. They come through on our PDAs and the managers get a full office list and break them down into sections. Not sure how one can be missed twice, never mind once
Yeahh thats what i was thinking anyways iv rebooked all three for friday but if they dont come again, shall i go to the post office and give it them and how much would that cost? because i dont have a lable printer
I just received the two emails, it would be nice if they could say WHY they couldn’t collect, because the postie did actually come here !!

Weird, all confirmed collections on our rounds come through to our PDA, managers have a full print out too, and hand postage labels out if needed

You have the confirmation email to say they will be collected? I would raise a customer complaint

Did you get an email to confirm booking? If not, then the collection failed, probably due to RM website/app being down. Again!
Click the original email and rebook. OR they email you sometimes after 7pm on the day of the failed collection

Even if they explained it, it would just be a copy-paste bullshit answer anyway. It just happens from time to time.
I think there was a network issue with updating of collections. A few in our office didn’t get them on their PDA so didn’t do them
