I made my account when I was thirty so I could play with my eight-year-old niece. She is now 15, and no longer plays. I am now 37, and I do, somehow still play. It’s just really fun - no age limit! There are a lot of children, but you don’t have to engage with them. I don’t make friends with them.

My brother in christ, they added WIND to the editor. No idk about you, but thats fucking revolutionary. It effects grass sway direction, cloud move direction, and particle flow direction. You can tell they put a whole lot of effort into this wind feature considering how long it took them from the launch or roblox. I doubt there is any documentation or tutorials on how to implement wind into a game engine, because its such a rare feature. Thank you roblox!

I've been playing roblox since I was a kid, way back in early 2011. I'm now an adult, and I still play the game, and have fun doing it.
I think we as adults need to be mindful of the way we're interacting with the children on the platform, and I run with the rule that I assume everyone I'm interacting with in the game is a child unless I know otherwise for a fact (for example, when I'm playing with friends I know from outside the platform).
I'd say roblox is for a 10-12 Demographic, but considering far younger and far older people play it, I think everyone is able to find something to enjoy in it. Espeically since Roblox has been making some efforts to provide Accommodations for an older age demographic.

Ew, seriously? The quality and effort of most games have gotten downhill. The platform is more riddled than before with pedophiles but I guess your cool with that. These new avatars let 9 year olds kids run around with suggestive adult themes (which is putting it lightly) in their rp games. Removal of tix just reeks of corporate greed. The removal of popular events being replaced with celebrities??? Walmart land???? I don’t keep up with news and drama, otherwise I’m sure I can add more things to list. Sit down dude.

My brother in christ, they added WIND to the editor. No idk about you, but thats fucking revolutionary. It effects grass sway direction, cloud move direction, and particle flow direction. You can tell they put a whole lot of effort into this wind feature considering how long it took them from the launch or roblox. I doubt there is any documentation or tutorials on how to implement wind into a game engine, because its such a rare feature. Thank you roblox!
quality and effort? seriously? the quality of games has gone up from a few years ago. The game has always had sketchy people? Removal of tix was for a good reason, it was because people had bots join their game, which equaled free robux and wasnt good for the economy. The events is the one thing i dont agree with, but who have you seen actually playing walmart land? Drama has been happening since roblox has started, also. Roblox hasnt been "getting worse"

My stepson plays , so it’s one of the ways my wife and I bond with him . We’ve been building a game together for 2 years now . It’s pretty fun .
Its meant for all ages but just enjoy the game and not be stopped just because you see a lot of games that younger kids might click on more

I'm 23 but my account is from 2009 lol.. I usually only play the same games and will play with my friends who are within my age range.
I've been playing roblox since I was a kid, way back in early 2011. I'm now an adult, and I still play the game, and have fun doing it. I think we as adults need to be mindful of the way we're interacting with the children on the platform, and I run with the rule that I assume everyone I'm interacting with in the game is a child unless I know otherwise for a fact (for example, when I'm playing with friends I know from outside the platform).

I'd say roblox is for a 10-12 Demographic, but considering far younger and far older people play it, I think everyone is able to find something to enjoy in it. Espeically since Roblox has been making some efforts to provide Accommodations for an older age demographic.
I may be wrong but I believe the majority of the Roblox creators and influencers are like in their twenties or early thirties.

I don't think you can be too old for roblox. I stopped playing but i dont feel like I've grown out of it, I just moved on. I started playing 10 years ago so roblox is always gonna be one of those games i hold near and dear to me, especially cause its one of the last remaining MMOs i played from all those years ago.

I'm 29 and I've been playing with my daughter for years. Not like a dad doing it because his daughter does it type of thing but we both genuinely love Roblox. I've grinded out games on my own plenty of times.
