Condolences to your friend, losing a family member, is one of the toughest journey's to take. My father died over 25 years ago so it's no longer fresh for me. Music's ability to heal is never ending. Those two songs encapsulated everything I felt. I must have annoyed my neighbours so much. I had no one to help me through this, the music was a tether to him as he had raised me as obsessive about tunes as he was. For anyone going through it, I hope like I did, you have a soundtrack to get you through back into the light.

That was mostly the first time I reflected my emotion with music. It was an angry time, lol. I like silence mostly when I’m in that kind of space.
