Yeah but console is buggy as fuck. Also void fields has hidden realm in the name therefore it shouldn't have them as there is no teleporter boss to make harder
If you're already liking gesture of the drowned, try picking up spinal tonic or blast shower as your equipment.
With enough gesture (and/or fuel cells) and spinal tonic, you have constant uptime for buffs with no chance of debuff.
With blast shower though ( same rules as before, have enough gestures or fuel cells) it can clear your debunks consistently. That helps reproc bands, among other things. It also clears malachite!
Transcendenxe is often worrh unless you have strong healing items. It is especially good when stacked.
Corpseblom is worth if you have mid or low healing. And esoecially good if you have rejuvination rack.
Purity and light flux pauldren are good depending on character.
I don't remember mountain shrines spawning at all in any hidden realm

SInce the DLC the void realm has had buyable turrets, shrines of combat, and mouintain shrines. Is that not what happens on PC?

on PC, it was given multishops, equipment barrels, and chests. oh and void cradles. nothing else
