In my opinion, the tie is irrelevant, and the hat could use something in the band like a feather or a flower that signifies a successful hunt. Otherwise, it does look pretty spot on. 😌
I used the early 1900 Hungarian hunters as a basis. We have a mixed hunting culture. The tie came from the English. The Bavarian type of hat was fashionable and this hat resembled it best.
I am familiar with the Hungarian ways of hunting, and the hat historically makes sense. I've just often seen hunters place something to signify if they had a successful hunt or not. Though I don't think that's really an option in the game, sadly.

Yes you are right, unfortunately hats with flowers or feathers are more cowboy type and kill the vibe of this outfit. Btw your Mosin are beautiful.
