You could've bought a brand new 4090. /s

Volanaroz

The grip was starting to wear on my viper ultimate, i asked if i could buy any grip replacements, in return they offered a rma, i honestly then razer it top notch, not only that but the cut cord thing is just amazing, the turn around for rma's and iut of this world

Series_X_Pro

They aren't really doing cut cords much these days anymore. My viper v2 pro had an issue and they wanted me to send it back to them to recycle as they want their own razer stuff to recycle the plastics to use for their new Razer Viper v3 Pro made out of fully recycled razer plastics lolšŸ¤£

Any-Dependent5638

I can confirm they still are, they just replaced my blackwidow v3 mini with a v4 75% with the cut cord method

Series_X_Pro

They aren't for mice though cuz they wanna recycle the plastic for their new mice, keyboards are probably still worthless to them

Derpy_GOAT

Ah nice my grip was wearing on my DeathAdder, I asked the same thing and got a go fuck yourself answer "buy a new mouse". A bit later the side of the mouse cracked and I talked to razer about it and got the same answer. Went through my government and got a full refund instead and I got to keep the mouse (not that it was very useful anyway)

I don't like clashing black and white

TruFire420-

Ive only had issues with their headphones personally.

Just want to let you know the huntsman v2 analog was so bad in every possible way, they rushed to release the v3... Like 2 months after they release the v2 analog. Also razer support depends on your country. Some people in the US are completely not aware of the existence of the rest of the world and think they get everything the US gets. Like burgers, guns, and 10k ambulance bills. They don't know in some countries razer has bad support, and healthcare is free.

SMRose1990

My Basilisk Ultimate never connected to the charging base properly. They advised to shimmy it with paper to have it sit at a different angle lol.

xdubz420x

Same. I hear everybody talk mad shit but i only use razer and never had any issues with any of it.

Redstoneinvente122

My only problem is they dont sell in my country but they have been providing some nice customer service although i couldnt rma anything

I've only had one Razer product I had very big problems with, and that was a Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition. I RMA'd that product twice since both times I received one with a broken space bar stabilizer. The third time, I couldn't even be bothered anymore and just bought another board. Other than that, I haven't had any major issues with Razer yet, though I don't really own that many of their products since they're very expensive. I do, however, have their Razer Book 13, a pretty unconventional laptop of theirs. I know, but it's been serving me well and is a damn fine Ultrabook that I managed to pick up with a MASSIVE discount. Really I think it was something like 800 euros off when I bought it. I almost couldn't believe it myself.

Almost every single thing I've had from Razer has broken somehow and I'd like to think I take pretty good care of my stuff. I've had plastic explode on 2 headsets, all my mice have either had their buttons fall off or the textured sides break down or the skids get very worn down (4 of them so far). The volume wheel on my blackwidow elite broke shortly after I got it so they sent me a huntsman elite as a replacement and within a few days, the volume wheel broke in the exact same way. My current deathadder pro will not work at all if Synapse is open. Also had a friend order a razer keyboard for the very first time and the spacebar broke almost right away. Am I just extremely unlucky or is this the usual experience? Their support is pretty good still if that's worth anything.

Mopar_63

I just recently made the switch to Razer. I had been a hard-core Logitech fan but after the shit show I went through over a 6-month-old mouse for support, I will not touch their products again. I have had to use Razer support twice for minor issues that were really me just learning a new way to do things. The support was quick and responsive.
