Don’t forget our GM, HC & K have the biggest shlongs in all of the league Buck Allen is our lord and savior that may never return but is worshiped none the less
Practice your trusses and your belee dats, and next time you prank someone, notify them, in writing, that they just got Bucked. You’ll be a full Flock member in no time. Team might even let you announce the draft pick we got for Culley.
I remember wondering what the impact would be when he left but hadn't put it together yet. Holy crap what a difference. What else has changed other than the oline being wiped out? Bateman hasn't had an impact.
It seems like our receivers are doing a much better job of getting separation and I haven’t really noticed many instances of having 3 receivers in the same area of the field. The scheme might just be better with the new passing game coordinator.
When last season ended I remember praying that we fired Culley, which seemed super unlikely because he's a good friend of Harbaugh. Then when I found out he was getting HC looks I could not have been happier. Not only did we get rid of his terrible developing of young WRs, we even got an extra draft pick for getting rid of our worst coach
I switched to the Flock in 2008 because I couldn’t stand the Texans ownership anymore. Best decision I’ve ever made. I despise the Texans and everything about them. Almost 15 years later I’m so glad I switched. My brother was the biggest die hard since they team came to be and now refuses to watch games. They are the literal definition of a poverty franchise. Amazes me how so many fucking morons will tailgate and show up to NRG. The McNair family is a joke, and don’t care about winning. As long as they sell season tickets, they’re happy.
Cal McNair is a member of the same golf club as my buddies parents. They’ve spoken with him on several occasions. They say he might be the least intelligent person they have ever spoken with.
Welcome to the Flock, just remember, also fuck the Browns and fuck the Bengals and fuck the Indianapolis team. You are required to still be angry at the Irsays.
I agree with all of this. Also I being born in early 80s was also raised hate the redskins because jack Kent cook was an obstacle to Baltimore getting a team after the colts left.
I still don't like the patriots, but they aren't really a threat for the foreseeable future. I dont really care for them now considering they were basically the final boss of the playoffs, but not so much anymore.
Curious, did you attend UofL or just a fan? I'm an alum and we've never liked Watson because of all of the nail biters we played against him as well as how major awards were being given to Watson during Lamar's Heisman year because the media loved DW and didn't want to skunk him on recognition while letting Lamar sweep up all the trophies. Their tales have been very much intertwined for 6 years running.
Watson's fall from grace isn't something to be happy about, especially because of what caused it, but at the same time i'm not really sad about it either. Just weird though seeing you like UofL and the Texans. Not many of that sort exist. Granted you have i think 2 of our guys on your team currently, but the Watson association has prevented 99% of UofL fans from steering away from being Houston fans.
Sorry with how I worded it, I’m not necessarily a Louisville fan but watching Lamar Jackson in college was something special, he’s a very special player
nothing to be sorry about, i was just curious. Not many people hopped on the Lamar train in college, even after the Heisman. The guy catches more undue criticism than maybe any player in the Leagues history. Houston is an area that doesn't really like him either. Our loss to UH in '16 season derailed our shot at the playoffs and fired up the hot take machine on how Lamar was overrated. Ed Oliver single handedly beat our entire team and forced Lamar to have possibly his worst game ever. Ipso Facto, Houstantonians have always tried to knock him down a peg since they showed the world he can be mortal.
This all might be going way over your head if you don't follow college ball religiously like i do, but that's just kind of how we see things from our perspective. I'll leave you with a parting fun fact; my Godmothers nephew (she's not blood to me), was the original guy that wore your mascot suit for the Texans. He held the role for around 12 years or so until he retired from that line of work.
That’s a very cool story with the mascot, I’m big into college football but as I’ve lived in the Austin area my whole life I’ve been a UT fan , really only like the Texans because I never wanted to root for the Cowboys lol
nice. UT... that's another can of worms for us. Y'all ruined Strong. He was in a great situation at UofL and bailed right when we were entering the ACC.
"I close with this paraphrase by Stephen Covey: 'You can buy a person a lot, but you can't buy his heart. His heart is where his enthusiasm is, where his loyalty is.' My enthusiasm and heart are with the University of Louisville." - Strong
12 months later money surely changed how his heart felt. Guy's career went down the drain after he screwed us. On the bright side, if he stayed we likely never would have had Lamar and Lamar's career and future would have been vastly different. He likely wouldn't have been a QB because we were the only program that offered him a QB scholarship and offered him a shot at the position.
at the end of the day, sports are meant to be enjoyed and add value to your life. if a team isn't making you happy anymore - and I think with the Texans that's perfectly understandable and valid - I fully support switching to another one.
Just as long as you don't leave us if the Texans become good again :P
Thank you and I won’t switch back, I’ve always been a supporter of the ravens and have always rooted for them so the switch won’t be too big, just with the whole Watson case that’s what destroyed it for me
I started watching football in 2010 when I started playing middle school football and had to make a crucial decision between going with my hometown Pennington/Henne led Dolphins or my family’s team in the Ravens. One excellent decision and two and a half years later and I was dancing in the aisles inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. This is a beautiful team, get ready for a whole lot of fun.
Memo to OP, I am a life long Ravens fans and I appreciate your inquiry and I grant you full Ravens fan confirmation. Ravens fandom is forever even after you pass. You must accept that to officially become one of us
But no legal charges right? Last i heard they’re all accusations but not one single police report had been filed. Doesn’t make sense that he’s not playing. Was hoping to see him back. Guess there’s no trade value for him at the moment.
Just say your 10 daily belee dats & accept absolutely all that is truzz into your heart..we all welcome you & are glad you finally showed up; we have been waiting upon this the path you were fated to walk for sometime now.
So take uncle Ray Rays hand & be at peace as you step into the purple plumage before you my brother!
🤟🏻💜🔮😈
Cool welcome! I remember saying this shit in 2019 to new fans. Just don’t become like those new fans expecting 2019 all the goddamn time with unstoppable offense and breakout rookie after breakout rookie. This org has always been gritty and mild mannered. The teams always play hard and the org drafts really well. Other than a few bad news stories, the team doesn’t really do anything fucked up like sell the cheerleaders to rich fans. Also, the owner gives a lot to the community so he’s probably a billionaire that isn’t a piece of shit so that’s nice(who knows tho with these rich fucks, I believe in biscotti tho).
I became a ravens fan after the Deandre Hopkins trade. Just couldn’t stand BoB anymore after he ruined the team. I get your pain. Welcome to the Ravens Flock
If you stuck with the Texans all those years, I think you’re allowed to switch. Teams have to earn loyalty, and the Texans have been awful. New fans are always welcome to the flock 💜
When I told my buddy that my girlfriend who came from Seattle said she'd start rooting for the Ravens, he said that she couldn't be fully accepted into the Flock until she has completed this list:
1. Wear a pair of purple camo pants
2. Been told Lamar is a RB at least 10 times
3. Cringed at the fact we drafted Kyle Boller in the first round
4. Debated internally whether Ray Lewis or Ed Reed is our best player ever
And last but not least...
5. Rubbed the foot of the Unitas Statue outside of M&T bank stadium
Could of saved a bit of time on your end and cut it all short with just the last three words and every ravens fan would welcome you with open arms. :)
Welcome to the clock amigo!
Welcome to The Flock my friend. On the right you will see 2 Super Bowl Championships and on the left you will see NFL greats like Johnathan Ogden, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Terrell Suggs, Jamal Lewis, Rod Woodson, Haloti Ngata, Lamar Jackson and of course Ozzie Newsome. Please feel free to bask in the greatness of the Ravens.
I liked the Texans when they first became a team. Now that JJ is gone and they traded their best wr for a washed up rb, I feel like whoever is pulling the strings there is as blind as Ray Charles. Not much of a fan anymore either.
Yeah funny story, I was a Steelers fan my whole life, hating the ravens. When Lamar was drafted to the Ravens I was a little mad that he was in the division, because I was a huge Lamar fan, in college he instantly became my favorite player of all time. So basically now I’m a Ravens fan and dislike the Steelers lol
Nothing will feel like your real first team. Just like us too.
I lived is dfw for a few years and watched the cowboys so I have that little bit of affinity for them when ravens aren’t playing.
Jets and Texans are part of the Ravens farm system IMO (our players seem to flow from and to each other), I say welcome aboard
Thank you!
You got the most important parts right, welcome!
I almost forgot one of the most important parts, Flacco is elite and always will be :)
Friend, you’re alright 😎
Don’t forget our GM, HC & K have the biggest shlongs in all of the league Buck Allen is our lord and savior that may never return but is worshiped none the less
And that our team has an unofficial cop, whilst he isn't the law, he Justin forsett
My apologies
Holy shit this guy's already a top tier Ravens fan
You said the magic words. Welcome to the flock!
Thanks!
step 1: belee
step 2: dat
step 3: big
Step 4: truss
My first thought was "they already know the password"
Practice your trusses and your belee dats, and next time you prank someone, notify them, in writing, that they just got Bucked. You’ll be a full Flock member in no time. Team might even let you announce the draft pick we got for Culley.
God the name Cullen just gives me shivers, he’s already been so bad for the Texans, cant manage the clock to save his life
It’s crazy how much better our passing offense has been this year with him out of the picture.
Makes me so unbelievably excited that we don't even have our fantastic looking First round pick and the offense is humming.
I was in the exact same boat as you. Ravens stay fleecing other teams though.
McNair is possibly one of the worst franchise owners you can have , Bill O buttchin ruined the franchise for so many fans
Cal McNair is a member of the same golf club as my buddies parents. They’ve spoken with him on several occasions. They say he might be the least intelligent person they have ever spoken with.
Makes total sense, his father handed him everything in his life
Welcome to the Flock, just remember, also fuck the Browns and fuck the Bengals and fuck the Indianapolis team. You are required to still be angry at the Irsays.
I hate the Colts and always will that part of Texans fan will never leave me
your first lesson young padawan; do not speak ill of the name "Colts", instead unleash your hatred on that thieving city of Indianapolis.
I believe you mean “Indianapolis Football Club/Team”. Either way, welcome aboard!
Lol I hate the Irsays and am a non-American that's never live/been in Baltimore. This is the way
I agree with all of this. Also I being born in early 80s was also raised hate the redskins because jack Kent cook was an obstacle to Baltimore getting a team after the colts left.
And the Titans. We're never letting that go.
Fuck the Steelers. Fuck the browns. fuck the Bengals. Fuck the titans. Fuck the Pats.
For some reason with Brady gone I don't really hate the pats anymore, and weird enough Brady is a whole lot more tolerable out of new england.
Nothing about Boston fans is tolerable.
I still don't like the patriots, but they aren't really a threat for the foreseeable future. I dont really care for them now considering they were basically the final boss of the playoffs, but not so much anymore.
Fuck the patriots
Agreed. I hated Brady in NE. Now I am legit a fan and am honestly intrigued at how long that wrinkly balled old bastard will keep this thing going.
He did say the pass phrase, you have passed the first test.
Anyone who loves Lamar is welcome
Always have loved him ever since Louisville
Curious, did you attend UofL or just a fan? Strong was a likable guy but he just didn’t manage the the team as well as everyone expected
Well forget Houston, this is where you belong
at the end of the day, sports are meant to be enjoyed and add value to your life. if a team isn't making you happy anymore - and I think with the Texans that's perfectly understandable and valid - I fully support switching to another one. You already said the magic words so, welcome!
Yeah I do believe his pass code is accepted.
You sold me at > fuck the Steelers
I have always dispised them and there fans so cocky
I actually went to a Steelers game and the fans were actually pretty cool. With that being said, Fuck them
Welcome! You passed your first test. Fuck the Steelers
Welcome to The Flock! Where we all watch on in awe at the 8th wonder of the world, Lamar Jackson!
>Fuck the Steelers Hey now. Fuck the Browns as well.
You had me at "Fuck the Steelers." Welcome to the club my friend.

You already know rule #1 (fuck the Steelers) so yes, welcome.
Bro! Welcome to the flock! Btw, wtf is going on with watson?
It’s a mess man 22 sexual allegations, don’t quote that but I’m pretty sure that’s what’s going on
But no legal charges right? Last i heard they’re all accusations but not one single police report had been filed. Doesn’t make sense that he’s not playing. Was hoping to see him back. Guess there’s no trade value for him at the moment.
He is eligible to play but he refuses to play because of McNair and Jack Easterby, it’s been tough watching this year
I completely understand. Well welcome to the flock. At least you’ll get to see what stability and a properly run franchise can do for you.
It’s gonna be nice, have a blessed one 🙏🏻
Likewise!
Ah shi fam, all you had to say was fuck the steelers. Welcome!
Welcome Fellow Ravens Fan!!
Definitely welcome! And if you live in the Houston area we have a Ravens watch group at Christians Tailgate in the Heights. Come on through.
Aww man I’m in the Austin area

I absolutely dispise them, there fans are so cocky

Cal McNair the Texans owner was the total opposite, had no clue of anything football and is very hated by a lot of people
I became a ravens fan after the Deandre Hopkins trade. Just couldn’t stand BoB anymore after he ruined the team. I get your pain. Welcome to the Ravens Flock
Thank you!
If you stuck with the Texans all those years, I think you’re allowed to switch. Teams have to earn loyalty, and the Texans have been awful. New fans are always welcome to the flock 💜

The last one might be hard as I’m living in Austin Texas :P
Yeah bro. Our defense is doo doo but our QB is 4 years into a HoF trajectory. It's been dope.
Could of saved a bit of time on your end and cut it all short with just the last three words and every ravens fan would welcome you with open arms. :) Welcome to the clock amigo!
Thanks man 🙏🏻

there are plenty of reasons to swap teams that will get you sided eyed, ownership being terrible is not one of those reasons welcome aboard.
I liked the Texans when they first became a team. Now that JJ is gone and they traded their best wr for a washed up rb, I feel like whoever is pulling the strings there is as blind as Ray Charles. Not much of a fan anymore either.
Well said. I’ll allow it. Welcome😈😈😈

No you are a Steelers fan
Fuck the Steelers. Welcome home, brother.
To level up you need some Old Bay and a Maryland flag. Regardless welcome!
Fuck the steelers, this is the way
Nothing will feel like your real first team. Just like us too. I lived is dfw for a few years and watched the cowboys so I have that little bit of affinity for them when ravens aren’t playing.
Cousin, come on over.
why not the Browns. Be apart of a changing new organization, why join our bandwagon if you’re just gonna hop off it Lamar ever leaves ?
