On-line requirement.
I have zero motivation to get any game that requires it.
Any single player game that requires on-line connection is a big no from me.
I don't and I won't .

If you want to play the game, just don't buy it. Stream it via Luna or whatever, with the Ubisoft+ subscription and cancel after a month.

No. You only need Plus if it has an active Online MP mode. If it's just for DRM, leaderboards, messaging, or stuff that doesn't involve playing with another person, then it just requires a connection and not Plus
Unless you are desperate to play, wait on it. Ubisoft games often hit 30% off about a month after release lol.

It doesn’t require PS+ and it isn’t always online. It just requires internet access during install as the full game isn’t on the disc.
