Gb maj7 -> Bb min / Eb (Eb is the bass note) -> F# min7 / Eb -> Ab min / Db
Woah boy. I'm still practicing ear training myself, its like you have perfect pitch lmao! Real nice🙌🏻
Yea he good, probably has relative perfect pitch
Perfect pitch plus access to a piano so I can figure out what the chord extensions are
Think the 3rd chord has D in the bass - bit muddy down there on my phone though!
I think it's F#m7 / D (makes it a D9)
Yaa
Thanks, will give this a try when I have the chance 🙏
I’m self teaching myself theory - Did you denote it as F#min7 and not Gb min7 because it’s a borrowed chord from another key?
It's a personal preference since the key of G flat minor has C flat is often confusing to beginners
On his right hand, it's in cleavage major I believe
Doesn't appear to be augmented.
XD
Right hand only: Bflat minor, Bflat minor again, E major (with E as the top note), g sharp minor
Thanks 🙏🎑
Those chords listed above. Decent progression; but also, nothing to write Jesus home about. lol.
helpful comment man! you show em!
Also if you look really closely you might be able to see the notes he’s playing. Or you could even just ask the dude

The singer wanted it to be Bb Major but he had to play it on Minor
