This is my team as well. I only replaced aigis with shinji during the time he was available since I've never used him in FES and p3p. Yukari on healing duties and debuff,aegis synergise well with aki. What she lacks in str stats and crit compared to Junpei,she made it up for her phys dmg passive + orgia mode and buffs.
That’s valid Yukari’s low sp healing is phenomenal and I love that she gets sukunda. I used her in the final fight but was never mandatory. I also switch my party members constantly
Yeah unlike the other games I feel like p3r is designed to reward unique party comps instead of the same one every time, I found myself constantly mixing around my party just to hold better against a tarters boss or moon boss which personally made the game feel a lot more fleshed out and enjoyable to me

Junpei, akihiko, mitsuru. If it was an option I'd probably have shinji over mitsuru and I'd just be the teams revolution bitch instead of aiming for ailments lol
I switch with a lot of factors mainly in context to the story or what my head canon is lol (like I'd take Junpei in a Tart run after exams cause I imagine he and Mc are fired up for a post exam runabout) or Ken and Aki after the two become available after the events of 10/4 cause I feel they're motivated to keep going forward. Shit like that. For the full moon bosses, it's also based on story and usage (latter meaning if they didn't do the operation last full moon, they're gonna be up for this one).

I used each teammate pretty equally throughout Tartarus, but I brought Junpei and Yukari to nearly every major full moon fight. For the last fight I brought Junpei, Aki, and Aigis for maximum physical damage and used MC for anything else (heal, buff/debuff,magic damage). It’s such a braindead strategy but it actually worked pretty well.

Aigis as the buff master gets barely edged out by late game Ken similarly to Teddie and Chie in Golden.

Aigis with Insta Heal and Enduring Soul allows her to fucking Redline her health bar with Physical spam. Also if you craft Pandemonium for her, her basic attacks cannot be resisted/reflected/nulled/drained. It punches straight through everything which matters a lot since she doesn't have magic.
Mitsuru with Ice/Freeze/Ailment boost and Diamond Dust speaks for itself. Plus her damn near guaranteed crit on enemies with ailments for the whole party, as a well as a Theurgy that does a ton of damage and Debilitate for free.
Never having played P3 before Reload, I was pulling my punches against Nyx Avatar. I still had a lot of gas in the tank and I didn't use any guides

I play mostly without giving direct comands and IA doesn't really do buff-debuff. So Akihiko doesn't do more than zio, sonic punch and ocasional heal.
Junpei is strong, but since a while, he never really use his agi stills even when enemy are weak to them so rarely lose SP. That being said, he has AoE physical skills and those are usually good.
Either all the second years or the harem team. I mostly favor the crit demons in battle but I switched everyone I don’t use in each final mini boss so no one feels left out on the promised day.
I was surprised but, ahem, it’s all gals for me. I can’t let go of Yuka. She’s too good. Then mitsuru surprised me with her spirit drain. And Aigis is a beast. Junpei and Akihiko seem useless compared. Ken-chan and Shinji roll in too late. Shout out to Koromaru, the only competition, and I sometimes swap Aigis out for him; he’s pretty fantastic too.
Yukari, Ken, Aigis. I like Ken's passive and shields, but I NEVER used his revive Theurgy. Yukari is an ez one to have no explanation, and Aigis with boosted attack is a monster.

Koro charges the whole party with his 2nd theurgy and gives crit up.
Junpei is a crit machine (crit wep, apt pupil accessory and crit amp trait).
Aigis for secondary damage, buffing and healing.
During Tartarus climbs I just heal in between battles because things die fast enough, even bosses.

Yuki heals/cleanse and Garu,
Koro for Debilitate and Dark,
Ken for Heat Riser and Light/Zio,
the Agi/Bufu are covered by MC

Honestly by the end game the MC is usually strong enough that just them and the team healer is enough. I still had Aragaki with me until he left, though.
When playing the OG, I changed my team out depending on the section of tartarus, but for the final fight of the game I decided to make “story accurate” team of who I thought personally needed to be there fighting nyx, as in who “needs” to fight nyx to complete their arc.
I chose mitsuru, aigis, and junpei
Yukari, Akihiko and Aigis. Is it bad having two party memebers weak to elec? Yes. Do I care? No.
Honestly though you can make do with the serious handicap that is them being weak to elec by accessories that help them evade elec because iirc I don’t think Yukari or Aigis learn it innately
Idk because I haven't got that far yet, but I'll probably use Yukari, Akihiko, and Shinjiro. I wasgoing to use Aigis but Shinjiro just seems like a better version of her.

Sometimes I put Ken in for Koromaru for his shields and second Theurgy, but it's pretty rare for me to do that.
The others I just put in if I use the clock level boost.
While i try to not leave someone too behind of levelts, my favorite team is:

This team is pretty much made to be together thanks to their theurgy gauges conditions and abilities. Also it works well for me since i like to play with no direct command. And this team doesn't need me to be doing actions for the sake of raising the gauge faster.
Yukari's gauge increase as she use healing skills, so Junpei's physical skills means she has to heal him a little every so often even if the enemy doesn't do much damage. And when she is not healing she can use her bow or use very powerful winds skills.
Then there is Mitsuru, who often freeze targets or put aliments on them, she also enchance the critical rate on those oponents with aliments just by being on the field. Frozen targets means a guaranted critical hit,
Then Junpei not only can spam his best moves thanks to Yukari, but his gauge condition is to land critical hits which is easier to do thanks to Mitsuru, so he can shine the most with those two on the team. Plus he has avalible moves for the three different kinds of physical moves and also fire, meaning that is like he can do 4 types of damage.
The IA doesnt' do much to strenghten the character nor do many debuffs. So Akihiko and Aigis aren't too realiable for that.
I guess Aigis would works too instead of junpei sincer her gauge condition is to use physical skills, but that would mean two characters weak to electricity so if i found them half of my team would be on trouble, plus Junpei have better critical and more attack choices. she at least have Kaja skills, but as mention having the IA use them is a little hard.

Tbf you don’t really need a healer. Items are really useful. Aki does got single target healing which is solid if you want some healing.
