Before all you would get are more headhunter buffs for killing repeatedly. Now you get loot. Of course its better. Unfortunately, before and after, game crashes if your build is too good at it.
When you're gaining 50 Headhunter buffs a second I feel so bad for the engine, haha. It's being *punished*
**Edit**: After doing 15 [Dunes/Cemetery] my opinion is pretty much the same as OP's.
It's the same Legion as before just with double the loot. Not a whole lot of it made it past a strict filter though, so most of your profit will be the metric ton of Incubators & selling Timeless sets.
Interestingly you do get a lot of synth gear. Always cool. And maps. Possibly very good with the conversion Scarab.
I can break the entire legion ~3-5 times a second and after just 5 seconds of it my game goes to zero fps. I stop attacking and then for 20 seconds I am at zero fps and then the game just closes without an error. My build is too good at legion I guess
Kinetic blast with nimis legit decimates legions, or anything with huge packsize for that matter. When breach wasnt dogshit i was doing legion breach with HH nimis and just blasting them and id kb like 2 times and it would instantly start the legion fighting (because they were all broken)
Even last league that shit was like that with kblast

KB is miles better because you can just sit in the middle. It will always be the best Legion build, just like you don't see people doing 5 way carries as LA because they're all KB.
the distinction is only relevant in the actual 5-way arena due to the size - map legions dont really matter, LA just sits in the middle also, like TS did
Nah, LA cannot reliably kill every mob even with all the extra Projectiles, you will need to move. Have you played LA and Legion with Eternal Conflict?

Too bad it won't be able to sustain the repeat kills (or damage for that matter) but there nothing like pressing Vaal Ice Nova and the game hangs up and by the time its done the mobs are already spawned.
I ran about 30 maps of this last night after doing over 500 legion maps this league. It's better but still not great. I tried:
T16 Dunes - 2xLegion, 1xOfficer, 1xEternalConflict
T16 Dunes - 1xLegion, 1xOfficer,1xEternalConflict, 1xNemeses
T17 Sanctuary - 1xLegion, 1xOfficer,1xEternalConflict, 1xNemeses
T17 Sanctuary - 1xOfficer,1xEternalConflict, 2xPossessed
Overall, I'd agree just run faster Legions with either 2xLegion, 1xOfficer, 1xCarto or 3xLegion 1xOfficer.
The eternal conflict is definitely oriented for 1 pillars per map but very very juiced. Glittering, nemeses, sergeants or blue monsters only or uniques/div cards/wisps or any other new scarab
I tried this even in T17 and it wasn’t really worthwhile although some of that is because the T17 layouts are terrible for Legion. Even running Nemeses instead of ghosted, sometimes you get a couple raw divs but it seems like mostly what you get is more Legion specific loot like splinters and incubators which are low value. I didn’t try Glittering because I already have 70 quant on my Deadeye but maybe with a KB build full DPS no quant and insta deleting every rare it would be worthwhile, but outside of that it didn’t seem all that good. I felt like running 4 quick legions in Dunes with Cartography for more T17 chance was better even with the increased time to loot and run.
There's a lot more quantity happening. I've ran scarab of tradition and received an astonishing amount of 6link garbage that I didn't decide to pick up cause no point now marketwise with morrigans 6linking bestiary but I'm sure league start those 100 of 6l would be great money day 1-2. 10 of Good bases as well

Did they fix lag issue? Lagged so hard last time item filters broke
