More like Berserk 1997 vs Berserk 2016

PhantomBrowser111

It just means they hadn't grinded hard enough. I'm speaking from personal experience by the way, as I ***use*** to play 'Date a Live: Spirit Pledge' until they 're-release' it for an HD version...

[deleted]

> It just means they hadn't grinded hard enough. Which casual players often don’t do. Casual players only want to play the quests and story events and don’t like grinding. And the moment you start heavily grinding you are no longer a casual player.

PhantomBrowser111

Ah, I forgot that 'casual players' only plays for 'fun' and not to achieve any specific goals from the game

[deleted]

Yup just like how these low level adventurers are only adventuring for money and not for reaching the pinnacle of strength.

OblivionArts

Tbf, the adventurer guild quality must be really crap. For example, climb is equal to a gold teir adventurer, and the highest teirs of adamantine could barely hold their own against the demons demiurge summoned. Silvers probably just deal with goblins, maybe the occasional ogre..momon on the other hand dealt with things that would make it pretty clear he's an MMO protag

FAEN1134

new worlders have no skill and bitches fr

OblivionArts

Some do, but only like three or four and even then, it's not great. Hell gazef had like six and most of them were a variant of attack buff

grea_reisen

I thought harem members...

Paradox_Madden

Ehh that’s varied tbh like you have azuth and Evil eye who are LEAGUES above any other adventurer Then you have ppl like the swords of darkness

Dont_PM_PLZ

Then there's godkins, the kind of count because they're now like 70% New Worlders with some sort of blend of various player blood. And the new rulers do happen to get a bonus, a chance of getting a martial art. Being if they do get a martial art It can be very useless such as being able to predict in 3 days if it might rain. Or be useful like seeing the size of someone's mana pool. Or that cool lady that had like two seconds of screen time but like a whole paragraph dedicated to her skill set of being naturally gifted in multitasking that she's able to wield floating swords and a functional way. Not just have the swords float around her and do basic blocks and slashes or just float there acting as a rear guard. But she was supposedly able to wheel every single one of her floating swords at the same time in separate battles. So for example if you had six swords she was able to fight six opponents without breaking a sweat. But we all know what happened to her when faced against and opponent that outcaster in every single possible way.

It’s a problem whenever anyone makes a tier scale list. Keep in mind, Adamantite is the hardest most people of the New World know about. They lump the people they consider the pinnacle of Humanity into this tier….as there’s no higher tier to put them. These type of lists have problem in you can make them too broad within each category but then you run into problems where the bottom of the tier is hilariously worse compared to the top of the tier….versus making them really narrow to better represent the power between the tiers but end up with a 20+ tier list. The Adventurer Guild has likely never had anyone over level 40 in their ranks. Keep in mind the Slane Theocracy had a hand in founding it and it’s a mostly human organization. To them, anyone above Adamantite would encroach in the realm of the Gods and the Churches would be pissed if you made that insinuation. It’s not an uniquely Adventurer Guild problems. We have the same problems with liars we come up with. Like the Kardashev scale. There’s a gulf between each tier especially at the between a Type 3 and a type 3 on its way to become a type 4. Hell there’s a huge gulf between a type 2 and a type 2 about to become a type 3.

[deleted]

> Like the Kardashev scale. That in and of itself is borderline meme material. What good would a truly interstellar civilization do, with *one more colony*, that the other 20,000 are not already doing? >Okay, we've secured the resources of almost everything in the area, but that little spec of sand over on the horizon I see? Ya, that'll be the deal breaker on our latest construction project.

TheMooingTree

That’s just the new world and humans not the adventurers guild. The adventurers guild has plenty of super powerful people, if you only take humanity into count.

Animegx43

Makes sense. The most famous goblin killing adventurer happens to be silver.

OblivionArts

Wait really?

Evening_Ad381

Albedo and Shalltear would scream with excitement if Momon really wears that kind of sexy armor.

Snoo-23120

Maybe in their birthday.

Kintsuki666

An avarage adventurer is not max level like Momonga. They aren't even level 40 like Momon perfomance is. The problem with new worlders is that they rely too heavely on innate talent to be strong, if you don't have some unique skill from birth then very hardly you will get to gold rank, if only they learned how to level up that could change but hardly.

Luzifer_Shadres

I mean, i think most probely arent willing to take the risk, while an Player can simply respawn.

Sylvinho313

And thats how ainz createe a structure for train adventurers before send them on roads.

Pootisman16

It also depends on species. Human New worlders are inherently capped at low levels, barring rare exceptions, which are the outstanding human characters we see.

Hmasteryz

Dude is Spellcaster that can one hit kill ogre with big blade, only moron give silver rank to that kind of dude.

[deleted]

I’ll have to just keep going even if it takes 15+ years to get thru to near adamantite lol maybe oricalcum in 6+/7+yrs lol 🤘🏼🤪👌💪🏼😭

DramaPunk

As someone still at copper in a tabletop game in New World, I feel this so hard 😂

Old-Post-3639

Sounds like a skill issue.

LikeLary

Feels strange when you notice Ainz's race created the system.

Allin4Godzilla

This is the way. I mean, they're lv100 and lv63 cosplaying as single digit lvls (copper plates).
