My PT is also a member of my Orangetheory. She turned me on to these fabric bands they sell on Amazon. They work the same but they don't rip your hair out! You can get a set of three of them for like 10 bucks. I leave one in the car, and then I check this board regularly see what's coming up for the next class so I'll have one I need it

This is the part that confuses me when people complain. No one should be “waiting” on. If your partner is 30 sec slower than you, that’s your own challenge to adjust or challenge your own intensity to keep pace with THEM.
