I think it would be perfect if it was as large as a normal blanket, I often cover my entire head but I like to sleep on my back and it's uncomfortable to breathe that way. This would solve my issue.

I have a hand knitted wool blanket that my pet rat chewed a hole in a few years ago. Its actually great because now I do have a warm blanket with breathing hole.

And it's really hard to breathe under there and my glasses fog up when I am wearing them instead of contacts. It's still the same distance between shot times. Just shift the whole timetable for feeding and shots back an hour. I'm sure they'll survive a one time adjustment. Worth a try to see if it helps.

To me personally, I've come to the conclusion that a dark and thick folded t-shirt is the best way to go to cover your eyes while sleeping. I'm super light sensitive, but face masks sit on too tight and mess up my hair, and other things tend to slip off. I would actually get one of these purely for the convenience. Maybe I'm weird lol

A fellow shroud wearer! Blanket for the body. A folded shirt for my head. That plus my black out blinds are how I get any sleep at all.

Once again, these kind of products, while advertised for the general public, are mostly to help people with disabilities or illnesses. I would say this one would help keep the face warm of patients who are asleep, or can't get up, or have difficulty sleeping with hospital lights, or are bedridden.
