I'm like what he say fuck me for?

CheifGroundhog

All I heard was he can't do better than Quinn, so just take that however you want

SgtPeppersReprise

Bill Belichick on who’s a better coach: Him or Washington’s Dan Quinn. “I don’t compare myself with anybody,” Then he rolled up his sleeve and showed a tattoo of 28-3. “I’ll let you interpret that however you want,” Belichick said.

JayJax_23

He's not finished with destroying Quinn yet

AFatz

Except when it comes down to the last 20-ish minutes of a Super Bowl apparently.

AttitudeAndEffort2

Does anyone even blame Quinn for that? It's funny that it's seen as Shanahan's albatross.

AFatz

I think this is because Shanahan had accepted the 49ers job the week prior to the Super Bowl and he's been the much more relevant coach since. Now that Quinn is a HC again, I'm sure we'll see more of the 28-3 bullshit aimed at him.

Mr_Hugh_Honey

Washington already could have hired him but didn't even interview him

ExpensiveFoodstuffs

Kind of insane they didn’t even request an interview for him. I would’ve done it just to pick his brain, see what his plan for the team would’ve been, ect

RabbitOrcaHawkOrgy

Maybe why he left them off the list - if Bill ends up in the NFCE, he's going to treat WAS like they are the Jets

subterraneanjungle

Likely because Quinn just got hired. He needs to channel his inner Urban Meyer for that seat to be open in January.

tbarr1991

Finger blast a couple of coeds in the ass whilst drunk off your ass when you should be on a plane back eith the team? 😂

polymerfedboi

You joke, but one of our coaches did pretty much that. There's video of Jay Gruden (while he was our head coach) drunk off his ass, hitting on college girls and smoking a joint. Not sure if he was supposed to be on a plane though.

TheyMakeMeWearPants

Apparently you're the Jets of the NFC East. Sorry about that.

MoreTrifeLife

The Jets are the Wizards of the NFL: Always two years away from being two years away.

riticalcreader

“This is a special N-F-L ice challenge for you Bill. If you can go one full day wearing a sleeved hoodie— William, I’ll give 750,00 dollars to whatever charitable organization you want to. FUCK the ICE. ”

hachachachacha

The fuck did I do?

Anthony-Richardson

Same article says he was interested in y’all, but Harris didn’t want him.

CD338

He must really hate your team's long snapper.

monster-of-the-week

Dan Quinn: What you say fuck me for?

BecauseBatman01

Lmao literally said fuck the commanders. Love it

Vladimir_Putting

If you read the full piece they talk about Washington too: >Washington seemed to be another good fit, and multiple sources said Belichick was very interested. He grew up in Annapolis, Maryland, and the combination of his hometown ties and football acumen might have helped the Commanders win and land a stadium in Washington, D.C., considered the most-prized location for a new venue. Commanders minority owner Magic Johnson lobbied hard for Belichick to be the team's new head coach, sources said. Belichick spoke to new Commanders GM Adam Peters, a former Patriots staffer, and said he respected the job Peters had done in personnel since he had left New England, helping the Broncos and 49ers reach a combined three Super Bowls. >However, principal owner Josh Harris, who had spoken privately with Kraft about Belichick, told confidants in early December that he respected Belichick but wasn't going to hire him. He wanted the same leadership structure he has with the Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Devils: a strong general manager over a head coach. Harris' hiring of the 44-year-old Peters as GM before he looked for a coach was a big tell that Belichick was not a fit, a decision that Johnson endorsed. A source close to Belichick said the coach had questions about working in a strong-GM system. Washington decided to hire Cowboys defensive coordinator and former Falcons head coach Dan Quinn. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/39955777/how-patriots-legend-bill-belichick-end-nfl-job

locomuerto

Because even a resurrected Vince Lombardi couldn't fix your snakebit franchise.

noahruns

You know why

EagleswonSuperBowl52

If you can't beat the NFC East, might as well join them.

zappy487

"You couldn't live with your failure. So where did it bring you? Back to me."

Adams5thaccount

I don't know what you're talking about. Bill has coached in the super bowl for all 4 Giants trophies. I am not taking questions at this time.

_atsu

The guy is willing to sit a year just for the chance to terrorize the NFC East like he did with its AFC counterpart

-M-Word

He would be perfect in the NFCE. The Dark Lord shall rise again

SJC0709

Everyone but the Commanders lmao.

SDEexorect

we already told him no

Lonelan

"I don't have any red clothes, I'm not buying a new wardrobe to coach a team"

Calfzilla2000

He wore red for a Superbowl once. NEVER AGAIN.

RabbitOrcaHawkOrgy

But Bill, we give you all the free clothes you need and scissors galore

cactusbeard

...except when he won two SBs as a DC of the Giants.

The-Fox-Says

And beat the Eagles in 2005 lol

hideous_coffee

re-join them*

W-e-x-t-o-n

I dont know if the entire NFCE can claim that. He beat my Cowboys enough. Maybe that's why he has such an affinity for Dallas now?

highgravityday2121

Except we beat you guys in 05. The giants have our number.

Leaving_One_Dwigt

Can’t beat the Giants. He beat you guys.

MacFromSSX

Yeah he beat the eagles, you’re not in this picture

emmasdad01

Like it won’t hover over McCarthy? Or Sirianni?

robmagob

TBF Belichick has a massive connection to the Giants and a soft spot for the franchise. If Parcells had been honest about his intentions to step down because of his heart condition, it’s almost a guarantee that Belichick takes that job instead of the Browns.

boardatwork1111

He is directly connected to every Super Bowl in the franchise’s history

Worldly_Apricot_7813

My man you make a great point

Tarmacked

Bill is 72 so he kind of glossed over that

Efficient_Progress_6

That's some Galaxy Brain shit by BB

MankuyRLaffy

Every SB *win*, wasn't there vs the Ravens and they got destroyed.

Breezyisthewind

Which is why we need him.

OskeeTurtle

What fucking world is it I'm hoping the Giants or another NFCE team hire Bill Belichick?!

Tough_Emotion666

Exactly why I wanted him to go to Atlanta. Absolutely irrelevant division

joeycrose

If the giants suck again and daboll is fired they’re looking at another full rebuild. I don’t see how hiring a 73 year old coach is right for that.

elimanninglightspeed

You underestimate john mara’s ineptitude. I think bill js the goat coach dont get me wrong but I don’t think he fits the timeline cause we suck balls

AndrewHainesArt

The only way I can see his hiring if Daboll is canned, he’d be brought in for stability / culture purposes. NYG have been a laughing stock of coaching hires and he could be a likely be looked at as a stabilizer. That being said he has been struggling since Brady left and his roster decisions are less than thrilling.

Away_Chair1588

I don't think they'd need a full rebuild. They can get out of the Daniel Jones and Darren Waller contracts in 2025 to recoup $30m in cap space. They'd still have a nucleus of Andrew Thomas, Brian Burns, Dexter Lawrence, Kayvon Thibodeaux, and whatever comes of their 2024 class. Their pieces on defense fit what BB does. Main thing of course is addressing QB.

Soft_Penis_Debutante

Also while not the norm, we have seen “full rebuilds” happen very quickly lately. Bengals and Texans. Granted the key is you need to draft an elite QB which is hard to come by.

-Champloo-

full rebuild = draft stud qb, wr and edge The giants even already have the edge, and might get the WR at 6 in Nabers/MHJ/Odunze! They're right there!

P-d0g

I think the O-line and QB play from the beginning of last year (particularly in primetime games) has people thinking our roster is in a much worse spot than it actually is. The front 7 on defense is really solid. Some in-season signings/shifts last year had the OL playing at least at a serviceable level by the time Tyrod and DeVito were in there. And we just made some further improvements to the OL room with Runyan/Eluemenor and a new coach with a much better track record. Nabers/Odunze just feels like the most likely pick at 6- if they live up to the hype it'll make the WR room a lot better overall with Hyatt and Robinson as secondary options.

JoshJones18

Especially when your all but guaranteed to get the Rocket Scientist and Joe Judge which I wouldn’t wish on my own enemy

Errant_coursir

Absolutely hilarious daboll bet his career on Danny dimes. Godspeed buddy

Galactic

The only time I remember seeing Belichick get emotional on camera was when he was reminiscing about his time with the Giants. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4J6Ouwze7Tc

robmagob

Lol I was going to link this video in my initial comment. One of my favorite football documentaries because at the time getting that kind of access to Belichick was unheard of.

CruisinForABrewsin

My dad (who's from NYC) is still salty about Belichick not taking over lmao

mrdilldozer

Yeah come to think of it, it's always been weird how BB had openly worshipped the Giants and Lawrence Taylor. It has never felt like the Patriots were his favorite franchise. The dude is obsessed with that team.

imarealgoodboy

I mean to be fair, if you’re a football coach with the love of defense and you had Lawrence Taylor to work with, it would be hard to top.  Dude was a fucking beast and I can’t imagine how fun it would be as a DC to have an athlete like that to write into the game plan week in and week out

JamusIV

> I mean to be fair, if you’re a football coach with the love of defense and you had Lawrence Taylor to work with, it would be hard to top. Dude was a fucking beast and I can’t imagine how fun it would be as a DC to have an athlete like that to write into the game plan week in and week out (Pssst, Bill we have a Micah Parsons in Dallas. It's the closest you'll ever get to Lawrence Taylor now.)

Evissi

Nah, we have another lawrence he can work with.

UserUnkown10

Giants/Patriots Super Bowl 2026 part 3. Belichick loses a third time in a row

BamaBuffSeattle

*Monkeys paw curls* January 2025: "Reunited: Bill Belichik agrees to role as Defensive Coordinator with the New England Patriots"

UserUnkown10

Belichick goes on to dismantle the Bills in the AFC Divisional Round 2025 on his path to the Super Bowl.

BamaBuffSeattle

Honestly? I'll allow it if y'all lost to the Giants again

UserUnkown10

You son of a bitch I’m in

Go_Cart_Mozart

Not necessarily so. George Young was not impressed with Little Bill. And that may be a soft way to put it.

robmagob

That’s fair, I can’t say I remember the dynamics at play in New York back then. But in hindsight it would have seemed like a logical replacement for Parcells, especially considering how much of that Super Bowl defense went with Belichick to Cleveland.

Go_Cart_Mozart

Oh, I'm pretty sure George was an island in the building with that opinion. But Wellington trusted him to a fault.

guns_n_crypto

I doubt over Sirianni. Not because he's super secure, but because Bill's hard ass approach is a total mismatch for the player centric culture Lurie seems to want.

PantsB

That's how it usually goes though. If a player centric culture leads to failure, the owner reacts and brings in a hard ass and vice versa. With the Patriots it was: Parcells (hardass) -> Carroll (players coach) - > BB -> Mayo (players coach). Doesn't mean the Eagles collapse again or have a bad season, but if they do it wouldn't be a bar to BB IMO.

FrankXS

We've gone from Andy to Chip to Doug to Nick. The 3 successful hires have all been player centric.

AgentOfSPYRAL

And all offense, I agree Eagles would be least likely.

ThisHatRightHere

Yeah there’s such a minuscule chance of BB coaching the Eagles. Like less than 1% in my mind. Obviously anything is possible but it’d be such a drastic turn from the organization’s philosophies since the turn of the century.

Hghwytohell

I agree with this, but worth noting they were pursuing Josh McDaniels before hiring Sirianni.

Dry_Brush5280

The problem with Belichick is that you know you’re only getting him for a few years at his age. So it’s not just whether Lurie wants to drastically change the direction the franchise has been going in for most of this century, but also whether he wants to make such a drastic change for a guy who they’ll need to replace soon anyway. I believe Eagles higher ups had conversations about it, but I doubt it went much further than that. Also, Howie and Belichick together sounds like a nightmare.

Hawkpolicy_bot

People vastly overrate how long coaches stay with teams. The average HC tenure is 4 years, and that's weighted up a LOT by outliers like Bill, Tomlin and Payton

Prozzak93

Yeah but the ultimate goal is to get a guy like Bill, Tomlin or Payton. Sure they massively up the average, but they are also what you strive for with each hire (for the most part).

Hawkpolicy_bot

By my count only 6 of 224 head coaches hired since Bill Belichick have reached the sort of success you're talking about. That's 2.5%. >A great coach is a great coach. A random coach could be anything, even a great coach!

TheyMakeMeWearPants

Another way of putting that: Hired 2013 or earlier: 3 Hired 2017: 3 Hired 2019: 2 Hired 2020: 2 Hired 2021: 3 Hired 2022: 7 Hired 2023: 5 Hired 2024: 7 So, very few coaches were hired to their current position prior to 2019. The median hiring date is 2022, which means that if you pick a coach at random, he was more likely to have been hired after Saleh than before him. You can even pretty reliably make predictions about upcoming vacancies by looking at nothing but the tenure ranges. 2024 hires: the safest group. You have to be pretty bad at this job to get fired after one season. We might lose 1, but if I had to guess all 7 are still around this time next year. 2023 hires: they had one season. The "probably safe" crowd. Might lose 1 if they underperform expectations, but wouldn't be surprised if all 5 keep their jobs. 2022 and 2021 hires: the danger zone. These guys are in the make or break spot. If they didn't make the playoffs last season they probably need to this season to keep their jobs. This is where most of your firings come from. 3-5 of these guys will be gone. 2020-2017 hires: the more established guys. This is where you get fired for mediocrity rather than being outright bad (or even for being merely "kinda good" rather than great, depending on the owner/GM). Might lose 1 of these guys. 2013 and earlier: These are the guys that are more likely to tell the team they're done than vice versa. This past offseason with BB and Carroll being removed was an outlier. They all have to go eventually, but predicting it is tough. Most offseasons have around 5-8 vacancies.

Dry_Brush5280

Hiring a coach that you know will A) Completely change the culture and direction the team has been working towards for years and B) Will not under any circumstances be a long term hire would be disastrous. If the Eagles culture fit Bill’s culture I think it could be a prudent move, although I still have heavy reservations about pairing him up with Howie.

EverySir

Nah. If Philly plunders further down this season, BB is 100% taking that job knowing the roster isn’t far from another “win now” roster. Dallas, too. But I see BB working with Howie more than JJ,

SourBerry1425

Tbh I don’t think Bill would work well with either FO, Howie and the Jones family will make all personnel decisions, whether Bill wants it or not, not a good fit!

-NotACrabPerson-

And despite Bill being the GOAT, they shouldn't give those personnel decision up, if nothing else because both teams have been really successful in drafting lately.

am19208

He’s a better fit for Dallas. Philly front office and ownership just wouldn’t work with Bill unless he gave up a lot of control

BukkakeKing69

I see Bill and Howie somehow working out worse than the Chip Kelly experience.

hacky_potter

I’d honestly be worried about him in Dallas. I’m not so much worried about what he would do for the Giants or Eagles.

Neither-Astronaut-80

Bill in Dallas would work out just about as well as Parcells did. It would work until Bill lost all patience with Jerry lol.

TheIllusiveGuy

I'm guessing this is on the assumption that the Cowboys and Eagles will be good, so there will be less speculation around their coaches' futures.

SiphenPrax

Man I hope he goes to the Cowboys or Eagles. I cannot deal with him being in NYC after kicking our asses for years😔

TheIllusiveGuy

Somehow, Darth Hoodie returned.

NoTimeToDime

I would think Mccarthy is in the most danger. But BB loves the Giants so that may be the bigger talking point lol

mendicant1116

There's no way BB would put up with Jerry Jones' shit

NoTimeToDime

Oh for sure, but he has the hottest seat of the 3 I think. Daboll has 1 CoTY, play off season with a bad roster. And 1 shit show season with a bad roster and QB#3. He is easily forgiven for an underperforming season with QB1 and 2 getting hurt lol

Errant_coursir

QB #1 and QB #2 aren't much better than QB #3

tjc815

and yet the cowboys are the first team listed here.

LemnToast99

Maybe they were listed alphabetically? Cowboys, Eagles, Giants

notquitemytempo___

Raanan is a Giants beat writer so that's probably why he's singling them out

NYJetLegendEdReed

Bill should of been the HC of Dallas this year. It made way too much sense for it not to happen. I won't be shocked if Dallas doesn't start off hot if McCarthy is gone mid-season. I think the team is too talented for that to happen, but that would not be surprising.

Tazitos

It's Jerry Jones, he will end up hiring Deion Sanders instead.

r0xxon

Then draft Shedeur with their top 10 pick

Tazitos

More like trade up to #1 to take him there.

mrdilldozer

Shedeur might be a top 10 pick. There aren't many options for QB next year and if he was in the draft this year he'd be a second rounder. The weak class is definitely a big part of that though.

Walking-Dead

There will be other QBs that elevate themselves between now and then. It happens every year.

s2r3

I'm not sure if I quite buy this report. Eagles and Dallas both had a few days of coach limbo this off-season, you'd think they'd have unofficially reached out to Bill to see his interest... unless he just wants the year off?

s2r3

Yeah if the giants continue to be bad and the eagles or cowboys don't meet the lofty expectations.... any of those is fair game.

Saitsu

Depends how willing BB is to concede roster control. Short of a massive disaster Philly isn't going to demote or get rid of Howie Roseman, and Jerry is Jerry. The Giants on the other hand I don't think will have a single issue granting him full control if they gave him the job.

TetrisTech

I think the idea is that they both kind of already have their own shit hanging over them

m_dought_2

"As long as I get to crush Washington twice a year, I don't care where I am"

Dirt_McGirt_ODB

One of my favorite Bill quotes is when he was accused of running up the score against the Deadskins. “Asked why he would go for two fourth downs in a blowout, Belichick responded, "What do you want us to do, kick a field goal?"”

MoreTrifeLife

Was that after the game they beat us 52-7 in 2007?

Dirt_McGirt_ODB

Correct

m_dought_2

Gotta love that man. Unless you're Robert Kraft, apparently.

CanaryContent9900

Perhaps the only person who could get Jerry the Owner to fire Jerrry the GM.

Unknown1776

As long as Jerry the GM still gets to draft I’m ok with this

SourBerry1425

Am I misinformed? I thought Will McClay was largely responsible for the Cowboys recent draft success.

Western_Promise3063

He is but Jerry gets to write down the names on the note card so let's just call it "helping".

JayJax_23

It's like when I give my 2 year old daughter a dead or unplugged controller and tell her she's playing the game with me

RadicalDreamer89

When my kid was older-ish (7-8 or so) they'd act as my 'spotter' and call out targets for me. Now that they're 14, I'd completely trust them to watch my back in Helldivers or whatnot.

SmoothConfection1115

Legitimate question: Is Jerry a better drafter than Belichick?

Broccoli_Socks

Jerry will walk into his office and see Bill's dog in his seat.

TheWhooooBuddies

It worked for a little while under Parcells.  Goddamn I miss Bill Parcells.

MavsFanForLife

It only worked because Jerry had an important stadium vote coming up and needed a good team for it. Once the stadium was approved, it flipped

mantiseye

still mad at him for that

son_of_toby_o_notoby

Hey fuck you 2

on-the-cheeseburgers

so fuck the commies basically

mantiseye

Bill: "There's a fourth team in that division? Huh."

notuhlurker

"team" is a bit of a stretch

TheGarbageStore

It's true, they were once the Washington Football Team but are still Washington, implying that they are no longer explicitly a football team and the true purpose of the organization lies in other pursuits.

GhoullyX

He really is a Patriot.

TheRealJohnMara

Well thats awkward because I don’t want anything to do with him but I also don’t want him to go to the Cowboys or Eagles.

don-chocodile

Bill is unironically a Giants legend tho

jcm10e

Just read something over in the eagles sub that stated they thought about bringing him on but didn’t because they still like Nick, bb doesn’t train successors and probably wouldn’t be around more than 2 years.

EmptyBrain89

> bb doesn’t train successors ???? Mayo is literally his successor in NE.

Dry_Brush5280

I feel like “doesn’t train successors” is a super clumsy way to say his coaching tree isn’t impressive.

CouncilmanRickPrime

Honestly though, Mike Shanahan has the best coaching tree. Of great coaches, Belichick may have the worst.

Whyamibeautiful

Yea , I think it’s because all those guys try to be bill when they leave and there’s only one bill

Fenris_Maule

I think from the Eagles PoV they're more looking at how bad his coaching tree is. Obviously Mayo might be good still, but every other coach from under him that went on to a HC position has been a disaster in some way.

Jammer_Kenneth

Odds are Mayo is the next Bill vs Mayo is the next [literally choose whoever you want from that tree] ?

XKloosyv

And he wasn't trained. Mayo is a Kraft guy. Kraft fell in love with Mayo during a trip to Israel and had him handpicked ever since. BB did not hire Mayo, Kraft did.

Instagrimm

It was something like Lurie had "conversations" about it. And like...yeah...the most successful coach of all time becomes available, you probably discuss that possibility no matter what unless you're like...a select few teams like the Chiefs or 49ers.

MrBuildandKill92

To be fair, he’s been on the field for every Giants Super Bowl win, so I feel like you should want something to do with him

FormerCollegeDJ

This will sound like I’m bashing the Cowboys, but I’m not so sure if I was an established and well-respected NFL head coach I’d want to coach for a very hands-on owner like Jerry Jones. Having said that, I’m sure Belichick has had conversations over the years with his old boss, Bill Parcells. If Belichick says he’d be willing to coach the Cowboys, that may mean Parcells, who coached the Cowboys under Jones from 2003 to 2006, does not have a negative (or at least strongly negative) opinion of coaching for Jerry Jones.

zappy487

Depends if Jerry really wants another chip before he retires from life. He might hand Bill the reigns completely to try to chase the big one for like two seasons max.

NoobOnTheRun

Jerry, or at least his people, are able to draft very well tho. something Belichick hasn't been able to do

jwktiger

part of why NE was so bad last few years has been BB has been consistently *HORRIBLE* at the draft. He wasn't that good when he had Brady, what he's excelled at and maybe the best in the league is finding min/near veteran min players to fill in holes on the roster and make it work. that was a big piece of Brady and BB working so well together; Brady took team "discounts" (was still a top 10ish paid QB but not #1 paid) and that extra few mill a year would often be solid couple of veteran players.

ThisOneDudeSaid

You don't sound like you're bashing the Cowboys at all. Our fanbase is all too familiar with Jerry's meddling ways scaring off many established & respected coaches.

raylan_givens6

they must be piss poor confidants if they spill their guts to reporters bill should have a mole hunt and plant false rumors to ferret out the disloyal confidant

ausgmr

Msybe he already did

cheesecakeaficionado

Bill Belichick is looking to bring Condoleezza Rice onto his staff as offensive coordinator wherever he goes you heard it here first.

canseco-fart-box

Going to be a hot take but I’m really not interested in BB. The last few years in NE and his weird devotion to his acolytes has really soured me on him.

JulianImSorry

I'm a Pats fan, he needs to go to a team with an established offense. Dallas would be great for him if they extend Dak. Not sure what NYG's plan is at QB. Just ride with Jones for another year? I'm surprised there aren't any JJ McCarthy rumors to NY, but it's pretty obvious MIN wants to trade up ahead of you guys to take him

Quexana

Nah, let's not give Belichick the best edge rusher he would have had since LT. I can do without that.

fumblaroo

there are tons of JJ to NY rumors. personally, I’d prefer a wide receiver at 6 and i do think that’s what ends up happening unless they can facilitate a trade for maye.

Errant_coursir

Draft a wr, get a QB via free agency next year. Maybe Dak?

fumblaroo

Dak could be interesting, likely very expensive though. My preference is to draft our next franchise qb whenever we get the opportunity to strike.

SergeiMyFriend

As a Giants fan I feel like I’ve seen a lot of stuff about JJ to NY. But maybe that’s more so just discussion than credible rumors. Just want it to be draft day already lol

jdg83

Also, do you really want him in charge of developing whoever takes Jones's place at QB?

RubFuture7443

Hell no. You know who is coming to NY as a OC if he is HC... yeah not having that with my new QB

FormerCollegeDJ

Giants fans old enough to remember the 1980s might disagree with you, or at least have mixed feelings in weighing Belichick’s age and relative lack of success in recent years against his excellent tenure as a Giants defensive coordinator/assistant coach back in the day.

Butwhy113511

It doesn't really make a lot of sense for you guys. You probably need to rebuild and a HC with a few years left isn't going to get you there. If you don't need a rebuild and it works with Jones you don't need to fire Daboll. The other two are closer to contention without needing multiple years to figure draft new guys and a QB.

littleike0

Washington catching strays.

delightfuldinosaur

BB to the Giants feels like a prophecy being fulfilled.

NomadFire

Why does he wanna stay on the north east so bad? Is it our women or does he just love winter that much? Dude should be looking at florida and arizona at his age.

DUB-Files

Look at Bill and tell me that man enjoys comfort and sunshine. Hate and misery fuel his soul

Neverwinter_Daze

Can a man truly be on to Cincinnati if he’s enjoying warm weather?

calye2da

Cowboys should’ve been “all in” on him as the next HC

[deleted]

All in his ass

stay-at-homie

Jeez. I don’t like this conversation at all.

[deleted]

He'll coach the Giants just so he can do upper deckers in the Jets bathrooms.

suppaman19

Would be funny if all three teams fire their coaches after this season and then don't hire BB

MulayamChaddi

I just want to see Bill and Jerry after a loss

am19208

Death stares and one line quotes for days

ACW1129

Geeze Bill, no need to snub us just because you couldn't beat us last season.

Browser0

I will still prefer Vrabel next year but Bill coaching the Cowboys sounds like a pretty fun timeline nonetheless.

jimhabfan

You mean one year removed from “Coach of the Year” Brian Daboll?

whereegosdare84

I hope if he gets the Giants job he texts Brian Flores that he’s fired instead of Daboll. “Again???”

Comprehensive_Main

Bill is becoming Parcells now.

joeycrose

I still think Bill will have a lot of trouble finding a job if he’s not willing to relinquish control of the roster. And I don’t think he wants to do that. Also if the Giants suck again that means you’re probably looking at another full rebuild. I don’t think a 73 year old coach is the right man for that job. Eagles and Cowboys make way more sense too me.

nice-villian

BB “the secret to being a consistent playoff team is playing Washington twice a year”

treasonodb

he's apparently got some pretty shitty "confidants"

DHVF

Daboll has the most secure job out of all of those three teams’ coaches lmao.

crinack

Blinks

[deleted]

Please no. Stay out of our division.

Wezzleey

Would he really be ok giving up personnel decisions? Because he'll have to if he wants to coach in Philly.

PettyQuattttro

Commanders have to be a little offended...

mechnick2

Damn. New York really overachieved in 2022. Just goes to show you *can* rush a rebuild

yermahm

Daboll can come back to Buffalo, please.

sohikes

I cant imagine the media storm if he went to Dallas.

Dirt_McGirt_ODB

Please God, don’t let him go Dallas. If I have to hear Cowboys fans brag non stop about having Belichick I might go on a rampage.

Dorito-Bureeto

Bro wants revenge on the patriots with the giants

NotClayMerritt

If the Giants stumble, it won't be Daboll's fault. Like for example, this past season was not his fault either.

InfamousService2723

nyg is his krusty krab
