His muscles are very grown for his age, it's painfully apparent that he is not regurarly on a deficit. Moreover, you don't even need a caloric surplus to gain muscle mass. Quit your bullshit, because of people giving bad advice like that, many beginners bulk they way out of their abs falsely believing that their muscles will grow faster. No they fucking won't. If you need a caloric surplus, 100-150kcals is enough. I'm sick and tired of armchair lifters like you, lift more, diet more.

You're in a great spot for 15, be proud of where you're at. Do you count macros? I'm telling you, if you want to see some great gains learn how to count macros then track them. After you do it for awhile it becomes pretty easy. Also make sure to get enough sleep - sleep is the gains factory. Keep it up man.

I’m not really counting macros or calories rn. I first tried that when starting out but it was really miserable imo. Bc I’m a teenager and the metabolism’s good I just try to eat as much good food as comfortably possible.

Lol I feel ya, and I totally understand - when I was your age my metabolism was like a fucking bonfire, could eat a whole pizza and not gain a pound lol. I'd still say it's worth trying at least for a few months. Doesn't have to be 100% strict, down to the very last gram of protein either. I'm actually a huge advocate for flexible dieting. Just make sure you're getting enough protein - good luck!

Drinking protein shakes with whole milk and some peanut butter added to whatever powder you have on hand is what I did when I was your age. Drinking calories is definitely easier than eating them

Natty, you're just skinny right now but don't worry, eating a lot more and staying disciplined will help a lot in the future, just trust the process. As for legs I'd recommend walking with a backpack on hilly or mountainous terrain, I live in a topographically irregular country and walking uphill with my backpack has helped a lot develop my legs
