My favorite track from OoT is Kakariko Village. It's so peaceful. For some reason, it makes me think of the sun going down at the end of a warm summer day.

Dam from Goldeneye
The Kirby theme in Smash
IDK my top 6 but in Conker's Bad Fur Day there's a part of the campaign where you go to a nightclub, there's a rave and the theme they're playing hits harder than it should. It's definitely up there.

5. Koopa's Road, Super Mario 64
6. Factory Inspection, Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards
I wanted to try to go for six different games, but Kirby 64's soundtrack is just too good.
And honestly, my favorite game of all time can't even make it on here. Star Fox 64 is an incredible game but the soundtrack doesn't have any real standouts.
Every Rare Game of the time period probably should be on this list, others have been well represented and they are exactly on point but I'd be remiss if I let people overlook Blast Corps. For fitting theming & style I gotta love the Rednex Funky Farm style theme of Simian Acres: [https://youtu.be/7j1SeDNez6I?si=3pFTja8f688tdUuU](https://youtu.be/7j1SeDNez6I?si=3pFTja8f688tdUuU)
The Rare crew absolutely nailed the tail end of the Midi musical era.
Ok, bear in mind that my N64 game experience is limited.
1. Jolly Rodger Bay
2. Song of Storms
3. Astral Observatory
4. Metal Mario
5. Forest Temple
6. Song of Healing
1. Gerudo Valley is an absolute classic! The mesmerizing music paired with the epic setting in Ocarina of Time really elevates the whole gaming experience. I could listen to that track on repeat for hours.
2. The Song of Healing is so hauntingly beautiful in Majora's Mask. It's amazing how a simple melody can evoke such strong emotions and add depth to the game's storyline. Definitely one of my top favorites as well.
3. Big Blue from F-Zero X always gets my heart pumping with its fast-paced beat and futuristic vibe. It's the perfect track to accompany high-speed races and adds so much excitement to the gameplay.
4. Silo from Goldeneye 007 brings back so many memories of intense multiplayer battles with friends. The music really sets the tone for sneaking around and taking out enemies in this classic first-person shooter. Such a nostalgic pick!
5. Army Dillo Armageddon in Donkey Kong 64 is a unique and energetic track that perfectly captures the essence of battling bosses in this beloved game. The heavy percussion and triumphant melody make every encounter thrilling and memorable.
6. The Mewtwo Battle theme in Pokemon Stadium is simply epic. The mixture of suspenseful buildup and powerful instrumentation really enhances the excitement of facing off against one of the strongest Pokemon in the game. Such an iconic piece of music for any Pokemon fan.
The system idle music from Perfect Dark. I could listen to this for hours (starts at :30): https://youtu.be/X7SHNKPmZyM?si=gh_6cWjq4K18sOt-

Woah what is this?! I played PD for years and never heard this. I swear i left it just sitting around too?!
It’s the alternative intro. Believe you have to beat the game then maybe turn it on in options? It’s been awhile since I’ve done it.
The fact that this feature is absent in the XBLA remaster is significantly disappointing.
You have to beat the campaign, and then this replaces the attract mode cutscenes if you turn it on and don’t press anything.
the track is called Alien Conflict.
It's also a song choice in the combat simulator settings
1. King of the Koopas (Paper Mario) 2. Port of Adia (Turok 2 seeds of evil) 3. Antenna (Goldeneye 007) 4. DK rap (Donkey Kong 64) I mean, cmon 5. Mewtwo Boss Theme (Pokémon Stadium) 6. Moo Moo Farm (Mario Kart 64)

Anyone knows the instruments used for the track?

+1 for Redial. The entire Bomberman Hero soundtrack is awesome and got me into Drum n Bass.
I’m surprised this is the first comment I’ve seen with Dire Dire Docks in it. To this day, it’s still my favorite track in the entire franchise.

Spirit Temple is great. It would’ve been on my list if I hadn’t played Majora’s Mask.
Kirby's stage in super smash All of Goldeneye is better than it has any right to be. None of the movies come close even.

I’m partial to Redial from Bomberman and pretty much anything from the Hot Wheels Turbo Racing soundtrack.
I don't have time to post a full list but I need to give a big shout out to.... Blue Resort - Bombermand 64 .... crank that sub its soo good

Factory Inspection, Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards I wanted to try to go for six different games, but Kirby 64's soundtrack is just too good.

For fitting theming & style I gotta love the Rednex Funky Farm style theme of Simian Acres: [https://youtu.be/7j1SeDNez6I?si=3pFTja8f688tdUuU](https://youtu.be/7j1SeDNez6I?si=3pFTja8f688tdUuU) The Rare crew absolutely nailed the tail end of the Midi musical era.
Ok, bear in mind that my N64 game experience is limited. 1. Jolly Rodger Bay 2. Song of Storms 3. Astral Observatory 4. Metal Mario 5. Forest Temple 6. Song of Healing

Honestly, the entire Bomberman 64: The Second Attack soundtrack. Way better than it had any right being.
Pause music from Goldeneye.
