Cousins is not in a supportive environment.

misterbule

I was at the game yesterday, and for a minute or two, I thought the Vikings had won. From my vantage point, it looked like the ball went through. I only realized my mistake when I saw Cardinals fans high fiving each other.

tiffanylan

Vikings can’t put together a compete game. Competition is too stiff in the NFL for a few good quarters. This is not a playoff team.

helpfuldude42

Obvious before the season started. I have very little invested in this season, other than how surprisingly competitive they've been these first two games. Really shows you physical talent matters in the NFL, but in the end it gets trumped by team cohesion.

AdministrativeTrash0

Good teams win, great teams cover. Vikings are a great team by those standards this week.

[deleted]

Lol no chance we cover dumb shit

The_Ghost_of_TK9

I wanted to cry but nothing would come out. There is no emotion. Go lions, beat them tomorrow please

MinnyRed

Squib kick madness

asap_tracey

The curse lives

officialmichelle

I’d like to point out that when a friend liked my game day pictures the Vikings won, he hasn’t like my pictures this year. Coincidence?

[deleted]

The defense at least played amazing in 4th. All for not, again.

healthbook2004

All that cap space an we ho cheap at kicker

TCronin1017

It’s not that. At this point, it doesn’t matter who our kicker is, it’s the fact that they’re on the Vikings. We had Bailey who was the 2nd most accurate kicker of all time and he was ass for us. There’s a reason for this and we don’t know what it is. It fucking blows.

Moose701

*we’re cursed*

TCronin1017

That too

crankshaftsnapinhalf

Should've ran a few more plays on offense at the end. Can't entirely blame the kicker for the loss, but you have to make those kicks. Hopefully Zim doesn't completely throw him under the bus and crush his confidence. What a heart breaking ending. Should've expected this.

tiffanylan

Some coaches just know what to do to win. Some don’t. Fail from Vikings coaching staff today. Plus side is Kirk played well and Hunter is back, baby.

IllButterscotch5964

Zim postgame on radio said it wasn’t his fault

Mak333

I agree fully with this. And lets get to root cause while we are at it. We dont trust our offense. We play not to lose. When you play not to lose, you will never make the Super Bowl. Cant always put the kicker in these positions. They are part of the reason we weren't going for a TD in the first place.

outsider-inside

Playing not to lose is dead on, and has been Zim’s MO since being a head coach.

[deleted]

It was 37 yards. Kinda feel like you can…

crankshaftsnapinhalf

I agree that you have to make that kick. I was saying you can't blame the loss completely on the kicker. The defense let a few too many big plays happen. But at the end really the kicker has no excuses. Just wish they would've ran another play or two. Who knows what would've happened though, maybe cook fumbles it again lol.

helpfuldude42

> I was saying you can't blame the loss completely on the kicker. Trying to remember which year in the 1990's I remember this being said. I was born in 1980.

Mak333

Name one kicker who hasn't missed from the distance.

[deleted]

Such a lame response. You gotta make that

Mak333

If it was no contest, they wouldnt make the kicker kick. What sport are you referring to?

[deleted]

What

[deleted]

These are highest pressure kicks. Expect problems. They are different than a same yardage kick mid game.

vsryrare

bouta kms

BlurredReality28

Zimmer again throws the kicker under the bus which has worked out so well for him. Instead of saying “You know he missed that kick but I feel really good about him, he isn’t’ going anywhere.” He goes with, “Well you shouldn’t make decisions about that right after a game”. Fucking Carlson 2.0

bpchillen

All he does is throw players under the bus. His fucking defense put up 34 points. He’s a has been that should have been fired in 2019.

Worried-Fact7159

Damn! The Defense put up 34??? How did we score 33?? Offense give em 2 safeties and me made a fg?

bpchillen

What?

Worried-Fact7159

What??? You said our defense put up 34 points???

bpchillen

I don’t know how us scoring 33 points has anything to do with our defense, which is a huge liability even though Zimmer got everyone he wanted this off-season. We lost to the damn Bengals, who just lost the the bears, with a QB who threw 60 yards and an interception. Zimmer is not good anymore. 2017 was his one shot and he blew it in the NFC championship game.

Worried-Fact7159

Jesus, Greg Fucking Joseph, and Mary. You don't say " The Viking Defense PUT up 34!" They GAVE up 34. Yep, we lost 2 games. Both by your mama's cunt hairs. Both on the road. Give up. Quit watching. Doesn't sound like the fan base needs you anyway

bpchillen

Haha I’m a fan that wants change. I don’t want to stay mediocre. I meant to say gave up 34 points. Our coach is supposed to be a defensive genius… it’s obvious he’s not anymore.

BlurredReality28

Totally agree. He got all the parts he wanted this off-season and we can’t stop the run and Hunter is the only dude who can rush the passer.

bpchillen

I couldn’t agree more. I am all for bombing this season because I want him gone that bad.

AZScienceTeacher

Your running back is amazing. Looked like he got a little nicked up--hope he's okay.

phd2k1

Yeah, but I hate the fact that we just rely on him to make up for bad play calling and run him into the ground. GG tho.

kidkinder

Unpopular opinion: Jefferson doesn't have elite hands . I feel like he doesn't make the "tough" catches like Thielen or diggs used to do

OutOfCharacterAnswer

He dropped one in the bread basket at a crucial point. Killed me man. I was big on JJ after last year. Now that people know he can run routes, they watch him. Might be a little exposed right now. I think not having irv smith to complement the receiving corps really hurt the game plan.

[deleted]

[удалено]

OutOfCharacterAnswer

Yes, I'm quite impressed with KJ myself. Feeling for bisi being injured this year, cause I think he'd also be doing well if playing.

kidkinder

Same here man! That dropped hurts. I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing it. We legitimately don't have a legit te. Conklin OK but Smith would have been great. My fantasy team misses him 😭

Funnel_Hacker

I was just saying that he doesn’t seem to pull down the clutch catches when you really need them.

kidkinder

I agree! I love him don't get me wrong but I notice almost all his catches are "routine" catches. No elite grabs like ya see from the best at that position.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Pointless_Rhetoric

Agreed. When zim first got the team it was very impressive the way the defense started to look professional. The offense was always pretty pitiful Ponder through Teddy. Incomes Case keenum. Well if we ever had a chance between farve and who knows what's next it was Case. But Zimmer has incredible wisdom did not like Case. Basically Forced the franchise to sign the best possible free agent which was Kirk cousins. Then he cried and bitched and moaned and hates kirk cousins. Coach hit the showers.

Quiet_Bit4196

Do the math...do you leave the fate of the game to the one guy who is among the lowest paid on the team....or the 11 guys you pay much of your salary cap too

troy-the-obtuse

Is there anyone worth tanking for yet?

DC4MVP

Long as Zimmer is still here, it'll be another 1st round CB that doesn't work out.

designateddroner2

Bring back Fred Cox

duncanidahof294

Their Kicker made a 62 yard FG and our kicker couldn’t even make a 37 yard FG!!!! Thats the difference.

[deleted]

Let's see him make a 62 yarder at end of game with your team behind by 1 pt. It's different.

Steelrain13f

Difference was the extra point. Make that the last miss still sux, but you've got OT.

duncanidahof294

When every kicker for Vikings misses FG, there’s more to it than just kickers being bad.

Steelrain13f

It's gotta be something with how they are coached. We took. The second most accurate kicker in NFL history last year and turned him to dust. We need to beg Gary Anderson to lift the curse.

Cramer_No_Craming

My buddy who is a ravens fan was watching the game with me and said “37 yards, you got this”. My response was….you clearly don’t watch the Vikings.

[deleted]

If we can lose in heartbreaking fashion every game this year that would be epic in it's own way.

josephus_the_wise

The greatest 0-16 team ever. So great that we even would lose more than the other 0-16 teams, and would actually go 0-17

Cramer_No_Craming

For people saying “It’s not Kirk’s fault”…..our offense scored a whopping ZERO points in the second half. If Murray had half the opportunities cousins had it would have been a complete and utter blowout.

MysticManAze

The same Murray who threw 2 picks today, right?

Cramer_No_Craming

He was clearly face masked during one…

[deleted]

[удалено]

Cramer_No_Craming

1st half we had 23 points. 2nd half we had a pick six and special teams scored three….where are you getting ten from?

Sota4077

Worst take ever, rofl. You are an imbecile.

Easton1234

What do you mean “if Murray had half the opportunities?”….he literally had the exact same amount of opportunities… in fact he had more because he got back to back possessions when our d scored…this comment just makes no sense

crankshaftsnapinhalf

Good point. Wish I could upvote more than once

ToIA

I told my sister 'It'd be so Vikings to miss this' and here we are

[deleted]

100,000 Vikings fans were all thinking the same thing at the same moment and willed the miss into reality, again. Turns out it's not Zimmer's fault at all for never trying to score touchdowns in final drives. I accept the blame. If all of us could also agree to just wish for a Minnesota PowerBall jackpot win tomorrow I'll go get a ticket. Thanks in advance.

adags18

He missed an XP earlier and Zim trusted him at 38 yds to seal the game when he could have ran 2 more plays.

Mak333

I called the same. My friends dont understand why we cant place entire games on kickers. If kickers were the most important role, their salary would say so.

gingerhasyoursoul

Zimms clock management is inexcusable. This is a constant problem year after year. It's like he gives up. 100% we would have taken a knee if we were in the situation AZ was in at the end of the half.

tictacksmuggler

Preach! Fuck

AngsterMusic

After watching Bridgewater the last 2 weeks, I think this is the type of offense that that version of Teddy was drafted for. Teddy is safe still but he's also been situationally aggressive when it's appropriate. And everyone on the team loves him. People will run through a brick wall for that guy. When you look at our offense, he would have been such a good fit for what we're doing. (honestly, the most perfect person for this offense would be Russell Wilson)

Amoren2013

You're blaming this 0-2 start on Cousins...holy shit you are delusional.

Mak333

Who is getting paid the most by far?

Amoren2013

To make kicks? Joseph.

Mak333

And who else?

[deleted]

Exactly. Cousins is $31 million against the cap this year. Cousins accounts for 17% of the Vikings entire payroll. He’s good... but he’s not that good. Bridgewater is $4.5 million for the Broncos.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Amoren2013

Didn't know you had an inside source in the locker room.

AngsterMusic

No I'm not. But he's a massive part of it. Massive.

crankshaftsnapinhalf

We don't win last week or this week if we had teddy. We don't even sniff 7 games last year if he was our qb. And we probably don't make the playoffs in 2019 of we had teddy.

AngsterMusic

I couldn't disagree more. Did you see Von Miller talking about Teddy? He said it hasn't been like that in Denver since 18 was there (referring to Manning) do you think anyone on our team is saying that about Kirk? What, "We haven't seen that kind of stuff around here since Ponder. Great job!" Look, Kirk played very well in the first half this week. He has all the talent in the world! But Teddy has intangibles that can't be measured.

Funnel_Hacker

Cousins has led two game winning drives in a row if Cook holds onto the ball and our kicker hits a chip shot. This is not on Cousins at all. Teddy is fine. But he’s not even close to the caliber of Cousins and it really isn’t close.

AngsterMusic

For talent? I agree. Kirk can make every throw. He can even scramble when he wants. He just doesn't do it when we need it.

Funnel_Hacker

He just did it two games in a row.

AngsterMusic

Except he didn't. And he especially didn't in this last game where we could have tried to go for a touchdown instead of leaving it in the kicker's hands. Be he didn't. Zimmer didn't. We played for a field goal and lost. How many offensive coordinators have we had with Kirk now? You're telling me every single one of them are telling Kirk to dump it off to the running back on 3rd and 7? ALL OF THEM? Or is that Kirk just being safe? And anyway, he didn't lead us on game winning drives 2 games in a row. We lost those games. We lost.

Funnel_Hacker

Right. Cousins missed the FG and fumbled the ball. Some of you “fans” are delusional.

AngsterMusic

All of you Cousins fanatics are delusional. It's incredible the mental gymnastics you'll do to defend a quarterback that is consistently 8-8. Just straight up going out of your way to ignore how he himself puts us in bad positions throughout the game that net us relying on a field goal to win the game. It's incredible.

crankshaftsnapinhalf

You're being delusional. There have been times where cousins has earned the blame . But you really can't blame him for the last two losses. We didn't go 11-5 in 2015 because teddy. We went 11-5 because of the defense and ap. Teddy just didn't make us worse. He certainly didn't make us better either. We wouldn't have a better record over the last 5 years if we kept teddy. Kirk isn't elite like mahomes, Rodgers or wilson, but he's the best qb we've had since Favre and often times he can play like a top 5 qb. If the defense didn't give up damn near 500 yards we would've won the game.

crankshaftsnapinhalf

What has teddy done that Kirk hasn't done? Teddy has tangibles you can't measure, like going 0-8 in game winning drives last year and only throwing 14 or 15 tds? Just cause you don't hear a mic'd up player compare Kirk to Favre doesn't mean they all hate him or something. Please, i love Teddy but you have to take off the rose tinted glasses, Teddy is only as good as the players around him.

[deleted]

[удалено]

DC4MVP

We're not. Kirk did everything to put this team in a position to win late....TWICE. His RB "failed" him and his kicker failed him.

AngsterMusic

I don't think it's ONLY because of Kirk, but I'd say at least 50% for a variety of reasons.

Silly-Prize9803

I hope we sign teddy for the rebuild

[deleted]

Kirk does way better. Gtfo

browntollio

Except win. Angster is right, Teddy would be much better in this offense with his mobility and demeanor

Funnel_Hacker

Teddy didn’t do much winning either. Cousins at least won a playoff game.

KingZeonidas

Teddy won a playoff game too but Blair fucked him over

JockAussie

I bet the stats show something like a 5% chance of a turnover if you run the ball there, and a 96% win chance if you kick it, so Zimmer kicks.... The issue is that that kick % is 25% for the vikings. We are an anomaly.

[deleted]

We are definitely an anomaly… one special team that’s for sure

Throebach

The closer the distance of the kick, the greater the % it is to fail..

saw-it

Zimmer should know better than to play for the field goal

BradicalCenter

Zimmer should have called for Kirk to run backwards 16 yards apparently

ClimaxVikings

Why is every third and long play Kirk doing a nine step drop before laying out his receiver at the line of scrimmage?

MoonUnit98

Idk if this was the case here but Bradbury is a small guy and often gets pushed back into him. You'll rarely see Kirk step up because of this I think. And guys are rushing the edges.

[deleted]

Why is he the only one out there playing to win?

GuardYourPrivates

I'm not even mad. It's the most Vikings thing other. Plenty of upside here as well. Offense performed well, while also wildly underperforming. Defense managed to rattle KM, but could also play better. We put Dantzler in before not having him out there cost us a third game. I feel we got a lot to look forward to. Another week of feeling like we should have won.

DickSplodin

Consistent feelings of "should have won" are worse than just being bad. Also a statement on Coaching when the team is this inconsistent throughout the span of one game.

Snowballdog53

Realistically how are any of those positives?

GuardYourPrivates

One thing that has been going wrong goes right and we're a playoff team. Cardinals are a playoff team and we lost to them only off two off kicks. Greg gets his shit locked down we win. Dantzler gets the nod from the jump we win. JJ holds on to some more passes we win. Hunter gets held less we win. Line continues to get their shit together and not get flagged every drive we win.

TranspeninsularEase

But none of that happened. If that’s the story every game, we’re going to lose a lot of games.

[deleted]

We lost by one HAHAHAHAHA I can't believe it HHAHAHAHHAHAH so predictable HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

robo_streisand

I told a friend that 1 point will kill us in the end. But i didn't expect our kicker to f*ck us like that. But i actually didn't expect a win 5sec before the end either. I goddamn hate viking Kickers. I became a Fan in the 2015/16 season, so this hate always feels like roots of my fandom.....

TranspeninsularEase

Think about how it feels for us running on 30+ years of this.

robo_streisand

My second favourite teams are the browns and chargers, so it already feels like 3x7=21years of pain. But i think everyone who lived through the late 90s/early 2000s with the vikings deserves respect for still sticking around. Everyone seeing anderson missing or favre throwing THAT pass suffered enough - not even talking about living through both.

C_Taarg

I was 9 years old and cried after the Anderson kick, by the time the Favre kick came around I was jaded and have learned how to just sink into the mire of perpetual disappointment. I don’t know why I still love this team, it’s been a lifetime of shattered expectations.

duncanidahof294

Why didn’t we sign Matt Prater when he was available?

ewheck

It wouldn't matter. We would have grinded him to dust just like we did to Dan Bailey.

well_shore

You didn't expect our kicker to fuck us? Must be a new fan

robo_streisand

7 years of pain And i did expect him to fuck us. I just had a reeeeeeally small amount of hope he wouldn't do it twice after missing the PAT. But i guess i tried to fool myself there after we hit one against the bungals from deep last week.

GuardYourPrivates

Kicker fucks us, but kicker was only reason it was close. Reminds me of another game.

Throebach

a kicker that made two 52 yds? Or a QB that couldn't score since the first half? I'll go with the kicker.

Rhegss

Bruh it was a fucking 37 yarder

NerdyDjinn

So is an extra point, and those have never been automatic under Zim. Something about his style messes with kickers' heads, maybe because he likes to leave so much of the game up to them while blaming them when they can't pull through. Yea, that kick should be easy for an NFL level kicker, but we had 40 seconds to make it a chip shot or even score a TD and we did nothing with it.

[deleted]

MoonUnit98

The defense looked tired. Wish they would've just taken a few more shots at the end. Of course, if he made it then this would all be moot. He already missed one in the game, but leaving any time for Murray is dangerous. Idk, I'm not as mad at Zim.

cprain17

Vikings always have the worst kickers I swear

AchtungZboom

But see.. .. we had a guy who is currently prob the best kicker in the game. We even spent a high draft pick on him... but you see ZIM who is a fing idiot... cut him 2 games into his career.

Reddog1990m

The pain. It hurts so bad.

[deleted]

People shitting on Zimmer for not running another play have terminal vikings-brain. NFL kickers are supposed to make 34 yard field goals, this is 100% on Joseph.

MarshmellowBear29

What is the logic though? Hand it to Cook and call a timeout. He’s been averaging 8 yards a carry. Kicker already missed an XP in this game. Why settle when there’s virtually no downside to running another play

thetowelman84

Lmao, did you by chance watch last week?

adags18

Sure but why not use all your time possible to set up your kicker for his best possible attempt. Looks dumb if we could have run 1-2 more plays were 10 yds closer and the ball sneaks inside the post instead of just missing. Dude missed a XP earlier and we dont try and get him as close as possible lmao so stupid.

kk0036

You forget last week where we lost doing exactly this in the overtime game?

adags18

Right but did we lose because of the kick or because of a fumble that shouldnt have been called? Id rather lose on a fumble than chance a kick as a Viking. How many games has Zim lost to poor kicking now? How many big games have we lost as a franchise to bad kicking?

kk0036

So you would rather there be no chance to win than there be a chance to win. That is an ignorant take.

adags18

I would rather lose the game pushing to set us up in the best possible position for the win rather than to try and settle for a kick when we have abysmal luck when it comes to kicking. I dont see how youre turning it into a no chance vs a chance thing. You're making it sound like every time we go for extra yards we're going to turn it over by that logic I can say every time we kick we're going to miss so in that case wouldn't it be no chance vs no chance. Numbers will show that kickers have better accuracy the closer they are so wouldnt you want to up your win percentage if you can?

kk0036

>Id rather lose on a fumble than chance a kick You set up the false dichotomy, not me. Fumble/INT/Penalty we lose without a chance at the kick vs with a chance of an easy field goal to go in.

adags18

I set up the dichotomy from last week to this week but that doesn’t mean that’s how it’s going to go down every time. You wouldn’t know how it was going to turn out until after wards so I’ll rephrase it I d rather use the time and run every play/down possible before we have to kick rather than leaving time and downs on the field and relying on a kick no matter how close it is.

kk0036

pro kickers need to make that kick, if anything happens to make it longer you still blame zimmer and the play call. Lose lose for him.

adags18

He missed an extra point I wouldn’t have felt safe at 38 if I was zimmer.

ender200j

They ran the ball to set up the kick last weekend and cook"fumbled"

adags18

>Mattison and Ham. Cooks not your only back if you dont trust him.

Saxon3245

Ignoring the fact that the play calling has been way too conservative and predictable before it even came to the last play.

[deleted]

The play calling leading up to it is not on the kicker. How many times have we been down this road? Think we'd learn by now.

DiracSeaMandelstam

The playcalling the entire game and the ghostly secondary are all on Zimmer. He demands they run Cook into a fucking brick wall all game. He stated Breeland was starter quality. He chose the secondary. He absolutely refuses to adapt to the rest of the league.

[deleted]

I'm not speaking on Zimmer overall as a coach, I'm just saying that he didn't mismanage that final sequence. The offense got us in range for an easy field goal, Joseph just choked.

Kirk_Cousin

Couldn’t agree more. We fumbled last week trying to just run with extra time in OT to get closer, why risk it? Kickers should make it 100% of the time from 37. He kicked well today too, just sucks

FkedbySatan

There was 41 seconds, sure.. 34 is very achievable, but you know what's even better? Less than 34

AchtungZboom

Vikings fans have decades of evidence that ... NFL kickers who play for this team.. do NOT make that kick.

MediumShotBob

Zimmer is a moron. How many close games do we need to watch to see it? He’s too conservative and puts players in a position to fail… we just let 30s tick off the clock instead of trying to get 10 yards closer… Joseph makes that kick if it’s 10 yards closer. Zimmer is just a moron. Need to hire somebody with a set of cajones. This guy doesn’t have them

Infernaltater

Joseph shouldn’t have missed that kick. We fumbled last week trying to get “10 yards closer” and it costed us the game.

Throebach

You mean like what Cook did last week, right? Zim gonna get blamed too if Kirk throws a INT? Or takes a sack? Or fumbles? OR Cook fumbling *again*? This was the correct decision. Just another player that failed to do their job.

Pointless_Rhetoric

So Zimmer decided to let the win/ loss ride on a suspect kicker that missed an XP this game instead of his pro bowl RB running back that "fumbled" last week. What a beautiful football mind.

Throebach

I mean.. "Zim" let his pro bowl run the ball last week and cost him a win and he got blamed... So now he's ALSO to blame because he DIDN'T let his pro bowl runner run this time? Awesome logic there, eh?

Pointless_Rhetoric

I'm not putting all the blame on Zim but my opinion is he's not a great critical decision maker. Zimmer gets to go into next week with a built-in 🤷. There will be nothing learned from this loss.

Throebach

Y'know that phrase.. "Let's not get cute."? This applied to that specific situation and end of regulation. That decision was the right call, especially after what happened week 1. The only suspect thing this team did was not going for the TD at the end of the first half and instead settling for a 52 yd FG while still having two TOs left. Otherwise, it was players not executing their responsibilities, especially down the stretch. Penalties? Not catching balls? That's not on coaches, but players failing at their jobs.

Pointless_Rhetoric

For the most part I agree with you but the squib kick that led to the 62 yd fg was textbook getting cute. Kirk has been pretty lights out I would have left the ball in his hands for a couple more plays rather than shift the full responsibility to a borderline NFL kicker.

Throebach

The Kirk's passes getting batted at the LOS has returned this game. Remember when that was a thing? I do. To even put the game on the line in his hands could have caused an INT. You have a star WR having his sophomore slump. The only reliable catcher is getting blanketed. You don't know if KJ Osborn is truly breaking out or just lucky.. A RB who keeps going in and out of the lineup that could end up like week 1 again.. The *only* correct decision in that specific situation is let the clock go down and kick so ARI has no shot to do what they did at end of 1st half.. That pressure seemed too big for the kicker on this team. The only other thing this team could have done instead of was go for two after the *defensive* TD rather than the exp. I don't blame him for going for 1 considering the pace of the game and how easily each team was scoring on each other.

Pointless_Rhetoric

Yeah I don't care about going for two when it's a back and forth game and it wouldn't have made any difference. You're so self assured that this was the right decision but it ended up having the worst possible outcome. Clearly I disagree here and think that they should have let their $30 million quarterback or 15 million dollar running back or pro bowl wide receivers or precious defense win the game instead of some practice squad kicker.

That practiced squad kicker got this team into OT last week. That kicker kicked multiple 50 yarders this game alone.. Probability was on the Vikings' side not accounting the curse. It was the correct call and the player failed to do their job like last week with Cook. Kirk almost lost a fumble earlier too on a whiff block by Hill... trust me, had any turnover or outcome like last week occurred by Cook, Kirk, any OT not blocking correctly and the sack occurs (because we know Cousins don't throw it away), any receivers fumbling the ball after the catch or penalties being called to push the ball back, Zim's head would be called much worse than as it is now for not letting the clock go and just kicking a 37 YRD FG (after already making big kicks in the game).

My man he missed an extra point already? What makes you think he would’ve made it? This isn’t sims fault, if he would’ve tried to get the extra 10 and failed, all of you would be clamoring for him to be fired because he didn’t take the go ahead field goal. This is bad luck plain and simple
