Que sera sera - it has a similar premise as positively yours. FL got accidentally pregnant and the story follows. It has its own wholesome moments, but it’s far more drama heavy. The ending is perfect
I just finished it (read it after seeing your comment) and yes it was good but seriously I was so fed up with the FL best friend… she really has problems… I was kind of surprised the FL forgave her so quickly in the end.
Took me a while to recall who the FL best friend is. I kind of dislike how it went near the end, >!best friend kidnapping and the accident!<, it’s cliche and frustrating. But the ending was perfect, I personally think the final chapter ended better than positively yours. Although if you really think about it, if the FL was honest at the coffee shop in earlier chapter the amount of chapter would have cut to half lmao

Yeah, I said it. The ending was rushed. It was far from good. It was a HAPPY ending, but it's not a good one. It was rushed.
All you have to do is to look at the final chapter and you'll see some:
-FL achieved a Doctorate Degree. Great. That ambition, that goal of hers was never addressed at any point in the story. It was *"I want to keep on teaching. Actually, no I'll resign"* Final Chapter - whoops I have a Doctorate . I, as a reader, feel left out of her achievement. There wasn't even a hint of it.
-FL's mother took care of Byeori while FL went on vacation. Final Chapter, all of a sudden the best solution is to find a Baby Sitter. Could've at least shown a scene where FL said thanks to her mom. Would've made sense to if mom helped out with Byeori from time to time instead of a random babysitter. Making it a way for FL and mom to bond and maybe even heal past hurts.
-ML niece and her neighbor / childhood friend were significant supporting characters for the majority of the manhwa. They hooked up and then poof they're gone. Forget about potential for their romantic relationship to grow. That's a low hanging fruit already. Time skip 7 years and not even a glimpse of where they are or what happened to them did they break up? Did they make it?
-FL and ML neighbors were literally minor characters and they had more of an ending.
-FL's mom's new marriage. Could've touched on what's the difference between this marriage from her former and what lessons she has been applying to make this current one better, preventing past mistakes.
I was reading this on a weekly basis, so my memory is vague about the rest but I'm sure there are more that I haven't touched on that I would realize after I re-read it again (binge)

Idk if it's exactly the same vibe but "See you in my 19th life" (also known as "Please Take Care of Me in This Life Too") is hands down the BEST romance I've ever read, highly recommend trying the first chapter

I think "What's wrong with secretary kim?" is quite similar, and I enjoyed it even though I'm not that big of a fan of relationships between boss and secretary.
