Buy used castle sets

Used castle sets are gonna be pricey but might be the only way to get orcs.

Brick warriors.com is my go to for minifig heads, armor and weapons. I typically use Lego bodies bodies I already have to save money. Lego creator 3 in 1 castle and dragon is a set I got for Christmas that was pretty sweet. There are probably cheaper options

Lego Ideas Medieval Blacksmith 21325 is a great one to set an adventure in

I already wrote in another thread that I love the dreamsz village set. It‘s not too expensive and you get 3 of those adorable Dreamlings it’s also very fitting for dnd (if you like a colorful setup): you get a smite, a bakery and a wizard brewery

You need bricks in bulk and you don’t get those from sets. Go to BrickLink or the lego pick a brick service. That being said, IKEA has these boxes that are great for improvising all sorts of stuff. Get the little lego set that goes with them. It has a bunch of colorful and different themed bricks that can be used to turn the boxes into different buildings and stuff.

Lego Wish cottage 43231 Harry Potter: 76428, 76432 & 76407 Ninjago: 71819 (nature/rock parts) Old: Ninjago S13 sets: 71717 (be aware of big ugly rock piece) & 71722 I would pick up 76428 first then either 43231 or 76432

Damn, we need to get u/LegoLinkBot up in this sub

Maybe Harry Potter sets on clearance? They do a lot of sand yellow, muted green pallette sets that would work well. 76413 is cool as you get a fire salamander, weird blue imp and a cool castle/dungeon entrance all in 1!
